“Big Rooms, No Problems”
Stayed off-season. No crowds. Rooms are bigger than average, and were very clean. Service was friendly. Breakfast was fine. We will return.
“Great substitute for the Casino Hotels”
This place was awesome. We were seeing a show at Foxwoods but couldn't get any rooms left at the casino. The Residence Inn was a great price, very clean and friendly, and breakfast was included. Our only issue was with the Limo service that the hotel recommends taking to Foxwoods. Our driver that night was erratic. He was driving way too close to other cars, not stopping at intersections, and swerving all over the road. I think getting paid on the number of trips he makes skewed his perspective on safety. Hopefully that was a one night issue and not a pervasive problem.
“Great Hotel for Family”
We had a wonderful time the hotel was great the people were the best. The morning meals was the best I have had and the did not get ipset when I mad a mess out of the waffle machine Ha Ha. I plan on going back and we are going to stay ther again.
“yearly trip”
We make it a point to stay at this hotel for our yearly trip to Mystic, CT. It is very convenient if you have small kids because of the spacious rooms and full size kitchen.
“Great hotel for the price!!!”
We checked into the hotel around 3:30 pm. Check- in was very fast. Within minutes of getting to the room, the staff was knocking on our door to make sure we had everything we needed! The room was very clean and spacious. Foxwoods casino was a bit further than we had expected, but was only a 10 minute drive or so. Breakfast was very good! They had a wide variety of options (eggs, pancakes, sausage, fruit, cereal, French toast, toast, and a make-your-own waffle maker with all the toppings!) Only downside to the breakfast buffet is the limited seating. Overall, it was an excellent hotel, especially for the price, and I will definitely stay again!
“Great Place... price however”
This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is large and the spa looked cozy, wish I could have spent more time. My only complaint is that the complimentary continental breakfast was a little on the bland side. It was a nice set up and a good variety of choices though. And of course I think the price was a little high, but maybe that had more to do with it being a holiday weekend.

“Okay stay - clean and convenient”
Good hotel - great location, but warning - got the jacuzzi suite and the jacuzzi didn't work. I reported the issue but no one at the front desk seemed to care. Don't pay the money for this luxury.
