“Good hotel in good location”

Excellent, clean hotel with friendly service. Staff seemed to speak English. Included breakfast was surprisingly good with fresh pastry and breads. Location is very convenient, right near the streetcar stops, just a few stops from the train station. Walking distance to shopping and nightlife. Single rooms were very small, see if you can get a single occupancy double room for almost the same price.

We arrived at hotel at 23:40 and late checkin is ok. Room is ok but looks a bit old. However you can't ask much for paying such low price. This is the only hotel in my japan trip (Fukuoka - Nagasaki - Kumamoto) providing free breakfast, which includes both western food and japanese food. This is a great offer you should not miss it. Traim station outside the hotel and you can buy the one day pass in hotel reception. excellent location for self-guided tour people !!

“Comfortable in Comfort Hotel Nagasaki”

Our room was small, clean and comfortable. The location was very good with easy access to streetcar. Not too far from the train station. Included breakfast was very good. Rates were very reasonable. AC worked well. Streetcar pass was available at front desk.

“Nice, basic hotel in great location”

As others have mentioned, this is a nice, basic, good value hotel in a great location. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is within easy walking distance to the Dejima Wharf and waterfront area and also to a tram stop. The tram is a great, inexpensive way to travel around Nagasaki. I visited Nagasaki primarily to visit the Atomic Bomb Memorial and Park. I was a little concerned that this hotel was so far away. My concerns were not well-founded. It is located in a really great place and taking the tram to the Memorial and Park was easy. The hotel is basic but it meets ones needs. The breakfast is nice and there is free internet. If you want a good, basic value, without any frills, this is a good choice.
