“Very Good Hotel”

Looks like it's been recently renovated and updated. King room was spacious with a large bathroom which included soaker tub with jets.

“Clean and quiet”

We checked in around 8 pm for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and fresh and seems to have been fairly recently renovated. The complimentary continental breakfast was just what we needed...an assortment of breads and bagels with spreads, cold cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice, and a waffle maker. The pool looked like fun but unfortunately we weren't there long enough to enjoy it. I did bring one maintenance item to the attention of the clerk when we checked out. It was something he decided needed immediate attention but absolutely did not affect our stay in the least. We would definitely stay there again!

“Good Continental Brfst”

Appreciated helpful staff & good continental Brfst. Only complaint was difficulty of getting temperature good. Either too hot or too cold. Weather was very cold, but remedy seemed to only be an " Air conditioner". If we put hotter, it would warm up & then A/C would kick in & would be too cold!

Much nicer than it might look from the outside. very friendly and helpful staff. Lap pool, hot tub and exercise room, are all well maintained. light breakfast served. Close to many Parksville attractions, and shopping. Good value.

Everything was fine with the hotel. Nice room. Satisfying breakfast included in room rate. However, on Christmas, housekeeping had the day off. Nice for them, but I paid full rate, and didn't get full service.
