“Great hotel near Teatro San Carlo”
Nice place, great location. Would stay again.
“Great location and staff but limited access by car”
Chiaja Hotel de Charme is a very good, reasonably priced hotel on a pedestrian street not far from the harbor. Our cab driver dropped us off nearby and pointed the way. The hotel probably should put a sign out on the street. It is in a courtyard just off the street and the only indication of its location is an unobtrusive address number. There is a sign in the courtyard on the second floor level but we didn't look up to see it the first time we went by. Jet lag may have been a factor. On our second pass a hotel staff member saw two tired tourists with rolling luggage and waved us in, took our bags, and quickly got us checked into our room. The room was not large but very nice and comfortable. We had a room with no view but I suspect that was the most quiet location and we slept very well. The staff was very nice and helped us deal with cabs and contact Alitalia to locate our checked luggage which didn't make it over the Atlantic with us. Breakfast is basic but more than enough for a quick start to the day. We would stay here again.

“Very helpful staff”
Very well positioned Hotel in a pleasant area within easy reach of public transport. Very helpful staff with good knowledge of how to get to all of the attractions. Also liked the free Neopolitan cakes that were on offer every afternoon.
“Can't wait to go back”
The hotel is in a great location of Naples. We were there in September for one night. Our problem was that we only spent one night there.
“Good hotel in Naples”
Hotel is not far from the second bus stop from the airport, the first being the railway station. Good buffet breakfast but don't leave it until the last minute or they may have run short of some food, e.g. sweet bread/cakes. Good location for shopping and exploring and only a bus ride from the main station. Good room and very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.
“Wonderful Charming Hotel”
The hotel was really great! It is tucked away in a little courtyard on the 2nd floor of a wonderful old building. An unadvertised extra is that "Naples Underground", an historic marvel is directly underneath this building and actually has an exit at the hotel building. Staff was friendly at the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful with cafe made to order for each person. One note: the hotel is VERY hard to find....at least it was for my husband and I. I would recommend taking a cab from the airport and asking the driver to walkyou to the hotel. The hotel is on a "road" that doesn't allow cars. Also, the sign is almost invisible. Make sure you have the street address because without it yu won't find it. Charming though once you figure it out. Oh and at night they cllose the big ancient castle-like doors and you get to go through a little miniature door. Press the button and they will buss you in. Very charming and wonderful.
“Naples gem”
Wonderful location with shops and restaurants all around. Only difficulty was in initially finding the entrance which is a small doorway within large doors. Great breakfast each day. Street noise can be an issue but this seems to be the case in any European city. Ear plugs good idea. Would definitely stay here again.
“Nce hotel, good, safe location”
Somewhat tough to find, but read through directions on tripadvisor reviews. Hotel had safe location, decent breakfast, and pleasant staff. Room was ok, though some paint peeling on the walls.
