“Worderful and peaceful hotel @ MI highly recommend”
what can I say about this hotel? wonderful service, excellent location, magnificent rooms. I went with 2 children ages (2 & 8) The little one wants to return and the oldest did not want to leave... We got there by 4 pm and our room was ready, beautiful, super clean and spacious. Checking in took us less than 2 minutes. We got lost in our way to the elevator the front desk person directed us the right way without us even asking which way to go...in other words so that I dont make this so long....attention to detail and customer satisfaction is in order. My kids loved it and we did too.. .its a very nice hotel to go with your family and without... planning to return next month without the children for a weekend... WE LOVED IT!!!!!!
“Don't stay elsewhere!”
I have stayed in many different places in Marco over the years and after staying here I will never stay anywhere else. The grounds and hotel itself were beautiful and extremely clean and the hospitality of the entire staff was superb! I for sure felt like I was their most important guest! Also, the free beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas along with having a kitchenette in your suite were extremely great perks!!! 200% reccomend staying here and will definitely return many times!
“Great Small Hotel”
Hotel staff was fabulous. Nice place. Would recommend to anyone taking a vacation to Marco. Hotel was on the small side, but that actually made it nice. Received better service than larger properties.
“General comments”
Great hotel, but we booked for and expected a "full kitchen" whereas the rooms have kitchenettes with limited utensils. Also after say five or six in the evening - poolside towels and hot water seem to be a lottery. Not good for a quality hotel. Lastly feel the $18 charge for valet parking with NO alternative a bit much. Maybe the pool is a tad small for a resort hotel. Anyone with a young family should know that there are no laundry facilities. But having made the above comments we do like this place, possibly it needs to decide whether it wishes to be a luxury hotel or a resort hotel !.
“Awesome Experience!!!”
My husband and I had an awesome experience this past week. All staff memebers went above and beyond our expectations. Our room had a few areas that need some attention but I would recommend this hotel. The hotel, guest rooms and grounds were very well kept. I'm looking forward to a return visit.
“Beautiful beach”
Hotel and room were very clean. Staff very friendly. Drinks at poolside and beach bars were quite expensive. The valet workers were very efficient. Beach was beautiful and clean. It was great having lounge chairs with tables and umbrellas set up everyday for no cost. Towels were always available at the pool and the beach. Hotel had unusual layout but worked out well because we never had to go into the lobby or other public areas of the hotel to get to pool or beach. Pool was small so luckily we were there during a slow time so the pool and beach were never crowded. Kind of a long walk from the room out to the beach. Hotel gift shops did not have much to offer besides some clothes. Not one vending machine in the hotel. The one bedroom suite was not very big for 2 adults and 2 children. The bedroom was nice and the bathroom was huge, but the main space was small. The turn-down service provided was nice except they came too early in the evening sometimes (once by 6pm). We ate our evening meal in the room and sometimes by the time we came back to the room for the day the sofa bed was already pulled out into a bed so we would have to put all of the furniture back so we could have room to eat. One bedroom suites do not have full-sized refrigerator. Overall it was a beautiful hotel and we did enjoy our stay.
“Marco Island's Best Resort”
I stayed at the Marco Ocean Beach Resort with my new wife for our honeymoon. The condition of the resort was extremely neat and clean. The open areas, along with the rooms, were extremely nice. The beds were very comfortable and the pool areas were very well kept. It was an overall great experience, and will definitely stay their again for our next trip to Marco Island.
“can't wait to go back!!!”
First class service all the way. Everyone was nice and very willing to help. Friendly staff that didn't mind having a conversation from time to time.
“Best hotel I stayed in the US”
There is no doubt; Marco Beach Ocean Resort was the best hotel we stayed in the US. We are from Europe and we travelled a lot in the last 18 months since we are in the States. We stayed in a lot of expensive hotel, but no US-hotel was as modern, clean and nice as we were used to from Europe. Marco Beach Ocean Resort is the first hotel which was really clean, the service was superb and the interior didn’t look like from the 70’s in Europe! Really a great Hotel!!!!!
“loved it”
fantastic, not a single complaint-the restaurant was top notch in every respect.
