Property Amenities
The Olde Marco Island Inn and Suites is located near the Marco River, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at the top of Marco Island, not far from Naples. The original Inn was built in 1883 by Captain Bill Collier and now houses the lobby and restaurant, both filled with 19th-century period pieces. Two newer five-story buildings accommodate guests. The hotel grounds feature lovely gardens, which have been celebrated for their adherence to the use of native flora.
Rooms
The resort has 51 spacious, non-smoking suites in two five-story buildings with exterior corridors and an elevator. Guestrooms are painted in bright Caribbean-inspired colors, offer water or garden views, and all have large, screened lanais as well as kitchenettes.
The one-bedroom suites have one bathroom, two TVs with cable, and HBO. Two-bedroom suites have two bathrooms, three TVs with cable, and HBO.

Bistro Soleil - Serving colorful French cuisine. Menu items include smoked salmon, steamed mussels, duck, and rack of lamb along with apple tarte tatin, beignets, and crème brûlée. Extensive wine list. Open for dinner every night. Reservations recommended.
Café de Marco - On hotel grounds by separate ownership. Ranked best seafood restaurant on Marco Island. Dinner only.
Recreation
The hotel has a heated outdoor pool.
Public access to Tigertail Beach is less than two miles from the hotel or less than five minutes by car. Popular activities on the island include fishing (charters are available), shell-hunting along the beach, swimming and sunning, bicycling, sailing, and scuba diving. Water-sports rentals are also available. There are several nature preserves in the area as well, offering opportunities to observe native animals, including alligators and birds.

“Great spot in Old Marco”
This hotel is a great value off the beaten track and away from the crowds. Close to the marina for boating activities. All rooms are suites. Will definitely stay here again if our travels take us to Marco Island!
“Loved It”
I was very pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness and decor of the accomodations. Although the facility is not a new property, it was well-maintained and I found the staff very friendly with recommendations about area restaurants and other local amenities. I will be returning there in early June, and I truly can't wait to go back. I thought it was an excellant value for the money.

“Great Time”
The hotel and accommodations were great. It was clean and like being at home. The pool area was beautiful. Great restaurants and fishing. The only down side I could say is we went off season Aug/Sept told very quiet months. So the hotel had no check in open or restaurants on site. Not a big deal because just up the street you had all sorts of places. I will most returning and already recommended the place to my family. Thanks
“Would go back to this one anytime”
Our stay at the Olde Marco Island Inn and Suites was great. Our room was the equivalent of a one-bedroom apartment, with a full kitchen, living area, large bath and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. The inn is in a residential area, very secure, about 2 blocks from the water. We bought groceries and cooked in several days; I like the savings there! We didn't try the restaurant in the facility, but the menu sounded inviting. Our stay in the area was only four days and we enjoyed the convenient location of this facility.

“Lovely Marco Island Bungalo”
Very quiet, clean room with a nice screened in porch. Was traveling for work, so was unable to enjoy much else, but would love to return to this hotel.
“FIRST TRIP TO MARCO”
REALLY DIDN'T KNOW WHERE TO STAY SINCE WE HAD NOT BEEN HERE BEFORE... OLDE MARCO ISLAND INN AND SUITES WAS GREAT FROM THE START WITH A WONDERFUL WELCOME AT THE FRONT DESK TO A REALLY GREAT BREAKFAST AT CHEF'S EXPRESS RIGHT BEHIND THE INN THE DAY WE LEFT. ROOM WAS A SUITE WITH RATTAN FURNITURE .WROUGHT IRON CANOPY-TYPE BED. SLIDING WOODEN SHUTTERS LEADING TO A BALCONY THAT HAD A NICE FAR AWAY VIEW OF THE WATER. NOT ON THE BEACH SO DON'T EXPECT THAT..SNOOK INN NEARBY FOR MUSIC - FOOD - DRINKS. THE INN IS AN OLDER PROPERTY BUT TO OPEN THE DOOR TO THE SUITE YOU WOULD NEVER THINK THAT.
