“Excellent overnight stay”
We chose the Ramada as we were arriving in Naples via train from southern Italy for a one night stopover before an early morning flight back to Gatwick and we weren't disappointed. I agree that the area isn't the most attractive but the hotel staff were extremely helpful and our room was clean, spacious & quiet, with a very comfortable bed & pillows. We were able to check-in for our flights on the computer in reception & print our boarding passes (all free of charge. Our taxi to the airport in the morning arrived within a few minutes & was at the hotel's reduced rate. We would definitely stay here again if passing through Naples.
“Very Impressive Hotel”
I had the opportunity to spend New Years eve at Ramada Naples. Great Party, good food, excellent service, unbelievable fireworks.. dancing till 3 am! I'd like to do it again. I had to go back to Naples in January 30th and I decided to try Ramada Naples. Great decision! Wide comfortable and silent room. Very kind staff, excellent food. Garage next door for hundreds of cars clean and good lighting. The Hotel is situated in a commercial area, very close to central railway station. I was not obliged to use my car.
“Great Hotel in the Center of Naples”
The Ramada is a great hotel in the center of Naples. The staff on the reception were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very spacious and cleaned to a very high standard. If staying in Naples again, I would not hesitate to book the Ramada.
“Very nice hotel”
Highly recommend this hotel. It's down by the port and close to the train station. Excellent service, clean, and very well kept. The breakfast spread was excellent as well.
“Best for the Circumvesuvio”
If you're going to Naples as a base for visiting the excavations at Pompeii , Herculaneum etc (and let's face it , you don't come to Naples for the romance), then you can't get more convenient than this hotel as it's right across the road from the entrance to the Circumvesuvio line.
“Excellent Location”
The Hotel Ramada Naples is conveniently located near the Naples railway station. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. The staff spoke English and German (in addition to Italian). The hotel room television had TV channels from many countries. The only problem with the hotel is that sometimes trash would accumulate outside the building, but this is a common problem in all of Naples.
“Would stay there again.”
Excellent Hotel, shame about the location. My husband and I went to Naples on a business trip and had a wonderful time at Ramada. We were happy that we decided to include breakfast because we got real value for our bucks. Friendly and professional staff who spoke good English. Very clean bedroom. Also considering how tiny many things are in Europe compared with America, our room was extra big with a bed to match.
“American Comfort, Convenient Location”
Having stayed in many reasonably prices hotels in Naples on frequent business trips, Ramada has become my permanent hotel. Unlike typical hotels there, Ramada has big rooms, comfy beds, great service and roomy bathrooms - American style! Only difference is a charge for WiFi-typical for EU hotels.
“can't wait to go back!!!!!”
I was really very impressed by the kindness and the availability of staff while staying only one night with a best rate. The hotel is well connected to the city by the Central Station, metro ( underground ) and especially circumvesuviana that allowed me to get in only few minutes Sorrento without using the car. Fantastic!
“Easy and central”
Great spot next to the train station. Quiet location with everything you need.......
