Property Amenities
The resort's Tiburón Golf Club features two 18-hole courses, the Black and the Gold, with a total of 800 acres. Greg Norman designed the course to play like a British Open links course—firm and fast. It features half-inch fairway heights, stacked sod bunkers, coquina shell waste areas, and a complete absence of rough. The fairways are lined with pine straw and enhanced by native plant life and sparkling lakes. The 43,000-square-foot, Mediterranean-style clubhouse has a pro shop with golf and resort apparel for men and women, locker facilities, and a workout room. The Rick Smith Golf Academy offers personalized instruction and private video rooms.
The fitness center has cardio and strength-training equipment, free weights, exercise balls, and a sunny seating area with juice and fresh fruit. Just off the fitness center are massage and body-treatment rooms. The locker rooms have marble floors, mahogany lockers, large showers with personal amenities, and steam and sauna rooms. There are four lighted Har-Tru sand tennis courts with equipment rental. The outdoor lap and splash pool is surrounded by a terrace with chaise lounges and a spa tub. One end of the pool is nine inches deep to accommodate children. A poolside grill serves snacks and cold drinks. The Ritz Kids program provides supervised activities for children age 5 to 12, and a comprehensive day camp is offered mid-morning until mid-afternoon (surcharge).
The resort's English-style billiards rooms offers a comfortable place to play a game of billiards on one of the handmade tables by a roaring fire. These pub-style rooms have wood floors, reproduction period lighting, handsome game tables for four, antique lithographs, and vintage golfing artwork.
The resort offers 14,800 square feet of meeting and conference space, including a ballroom and nine conference rooms, many with outdoor patios. Executive golf retreats are a resort specialty. High-speed Internet access is available (surcharge), and a staffed business center offers administrative support.
Guests of the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort have full signing privileges at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, located on the Gulf of Mexico 3 miles away. “Great and relaxing hotel”
Service take really care. The calmly and relaxing athmosphere was very much appreciated.
“One of Naples finest!”
Not much to say here really. We could not fault the hotel. We have stayed in some fabulous hotels (Waldorf etc) and we were very impressed with all aspects of our stay at the Naples Golf Resort. I could moan at one thing - my golf score was a bit high! The golf course was brilliant (like playing on a carpet!) course fee included GPS buggy and complementary water (both are need as temperatures at 4pm approached mid 90's!)
“wonderful experience”
Accomadations and customer service were outstanding. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.
“Fantastic Hotel”
We had a great stay - the hotel and the staff exceeded expectations every day and we couldn't have asked for a better time.
“So tranquil”
Stayed at The Ritz Golf Resort during the 2nd part of my recent honeymoon. The first part was spent in Miami. We loved the contrast between Naples and Miami, Naples being much quieter and laid back. The hotel was fantastic. The room we stayed in, (king-size bed, golf view) was huge. The bathroom was bigger than our whole bedroom back home! I couldn't fault anything with the service from the hotel at all. It's location is a little isolated from Naples town centre, it being a 10 mile drive up the highway (20 mins) but you do drive past a lot of shopping on the way (so I was reliably informed!) but it did become a bit of a bind to drive that distance each evening. (The hotel food being not particularly cheap!) I did play a round of golf during my stay and was well looked after across at the Tiburon Golf Club. A couple of days later I enquired if I could 'borrow' a couple of clubs to take onto the range for half an hour and was quoted an additional charge (too much) for the clubs and another charge for use of the range. This I found a bit steep and declined. I would have liked a little more flexibility to be shown here. So to some up, hotel fantastic, golf good, but could have just done a little more to make it better.
“Unbelievable Hotel!!”
This has to be the best hotel we've stayed at. Since the moment we entered the hotel until we checked out, the service was unbelievable!! The room was huge, the amenities were beautiful and the people were unbelievable nice. No matter what you asked for, everyone was extremely friendly and would go out of their way to make your experience there one of a kind! I can't say enough great things about the hotel. If we go back to Naples, this is where we'll be staying again and again!
“A night at the Ritz”
We got what we looked for, a peaceful and stress free night in a nice hotel. Enjoyed our room, the view was spectacular and everybody was very professional. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and the service was professional and quality of food was excellent too. We are residing in Palm Beach and we will stay at the Ritz again when in Naples, next time maybe at the beach property.
“Wonderful”
Enough to satisfy everyone....the have a beach, a spa and golf...who couldn't be happy in Naples. The service is impeccable and the staff is so nice...just relax and enjoy every moment.
“Fabulous Hotel”
I have been to many Ritz-Carlton hotels and this is the nicest one yet!!!!!! Also have a shuttle back and forth from the other Ritz nearby.
“fabulous expereince-worth every one of its 5 stars”
Fabulous experience; staff could not do enough for me
