Very clean and super nice staff. However the hot tub was broken and that’s the whole reason I picked this hotel. The pool was freezing as well so the kids didn’t even swim. Pretty disappointing

They charged me $40 dollars extra for my kids! I paid them, and after I checked out because of the conditions and bad treatment from the staff!! I checked out at 9:15pm the same night. And the only thing that was used was towels and the bathroom. They took an extra $100 off my card without my permission!!

Upon booking the stay I was never notified it would be an $100 deposit, the”heated pool” was ice cold, and the hot tub wasn’t even half way filled. I had my wife and daughter along with me so we wanted to use the pull out sofa it had stains on it and no linen, I asked attendant and he gave me a sheet, and thin duvet cover, and told me this will keep her warm, I went back and demanded a comforter and he said he didn’t know if he had anymore, he found one though. I demand my money back!!

I lament my decision to stay at this property. The management is uncooperative, and cleanliness is lacking. The absence of transportation and the unsafe surroundings compelled me to change hotels during my visit for my wedding in Nashville.

Although the room was nice, there was no hot water and we are in the middle of winter! I tried calling the service desk and no one answered. When we left the hotel for an outing, there was no one at the desk. When we got back, a man was sitting at the desk and I immediately told him that there was no hot water. Instead of addressing my statement, he yelled that I could not park in front of the door. I informed him that I didn’t park in front of the door that I had taken an Uber. I reiterated that we had no hot water. He then stated that we would have hot water by morning. However, the hot water never came.

On arrival went to lobby bathroom and both toilets had been defecation on and full Put us in a room that the door didn't lock and had dead liquefied rat behind a non working refrigerator so they switched our room and we had to leave the hotel for a drink all vending was empty the nex morning we were putting together the day bed and there was a pill of some kind in-between the seat where my son was sitting went down for breakfast 6 am sat til 7am never even brought on thing out breakfast out the never did so we had to leave and get food this was the worst hotel i had ever been in

Absolutely no customer service. Rooms smelled rancid and they only sprayed the room and expected us to stay there. When we approached the front to check in they told us check in was at 3pm we got there at 2 so we waited in the main lobby. At around 2:25pm the employee that told us check in was at 3 called the manager and approached us like they were going to remove us from the premisses for doing something wrong. I checked in; no “good afternoon” just blank stares expecting us to do the work for them. The dryers in the laundry don’t work and the breakfast buffet wasn’t cleaned regularly. Not to mention the regular LOUD noise of the train that passes right behind the hotel that will most definitely keep you up at night.

The room was absolutely great minus two small things, we didn't know at frist that the jets for the tub were controlled by a light switch on the wall by the couch and the shower had used soap left in it when we got into the room but by all means it was a wonderful stay and will most definitely stay again without hesitation! The area was safe and not loud and the drive to downtown was easy!

I was told when i booked this hotel there was a in door pool but that's not true it was closed the whole time i was there. The area i was in was not very safe. The staff barely spoked English the security door was broken. There was things going on at this hotel i didn't really appreciate seeing either like men dressing up as women.

The pool was not in operation that was the reason I picked the place. I would have canceled if I had knew that the pool and hot tub was not open. My son wanted to go to a hotel for his birthday and swim that was all he asked for. That is why I picked this hotel and no notice of any maintenance of any amenities was given whatsoever. In the future that would be nice so people could make Arrangements for there vacations.

The management there simply don’t give af. When I complained about nobody being at the front desk for 15 minutes, a piece of gum being stuck to the door handle of my room, the tv not working, and the room being dirty I was told by the property manager that because I paid a discounted rate off Expedia that I can’t expect perfection and that perfection comes when you send 30-40 dollars more on their rooms. He said if I didn’t like it to stay somewhere else and walked out of my room. I was mind blown.

Chis that checked us in was very nice and polite. The other staff not as friendley, the room by ours smelled like weed, and the workers Wednesday night at the front desk was swearing at two women, telling them to get the F out, that was uncalled for and wasnt handled in a professional manner at all. When we nooked our room it said it had a pool and hot tub, we get there and the pool and hot tub was closed due to renovation, they should of put that on the site.

Half the parking lot was blocked off for some reason. Also we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke to get into the building main entrance (the designated smoking area should be elsewhere) and the breakfast options had no healthy choices. Also the coffee was awful and the interstate noise was loud. Get what you pay for, I guess.

Pay for a suite.They give me a standard. Picked this hotel for the only reason of having a pool and hot tub. I get there. Closed…. It’s Been closed…. No help from hotel or Expedia. Both have no accountability.
