“Gorgeous place and pet friendly!”
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean, and they were pet-friendly, very important to us as pet owners who travel. We will definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful hotel. We have nothing negative to say about our stay there. We highly recommend it for its beauty, comfort, cleanliness and location.

Staying at this hotel is like a home away from home. Everyone I dealt with went above and beyond the description of their "normal" job. The breakfast buffet offers something for everyone, from fresh fruit to cereal to a custom cooked omelet. The food served in the lounge is excellent. The rooms are well kept with an in room coffee maker, a small fridge and a microwave. My only complaint was the lack of free wifi at the hotel. $9.95 per day is a little steep when you just want to check email in the morning and at the end of the day. They do have a business center, where you can do this but their computers are so slow that it wasn't worth the bother.

This was a nice place to stay just outside of Nashville. Very easy to get to downtown Nashville without the hassles.
“Worth the price”
Embassy Suites is awesome as a chain. Free breakfast, free cocktails, free parking, you name it! This Franklin hotel is probably the newest one I have stayed in. The bed is amazingly comfortable, and the sports bar has a really menu. It is close to the interstate and the mall. Check in was a breeze as well. I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent facility, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Nice pool and hot tub, well maintained. Plenty of towels, quickly restocked. Extra blanket for the couch bed promptly delivered to the room.
“Anniversary getaway”
My wife and I stayed here for a three night anniversary getaway. The staff was very pleasant and the cooked to order breakfast was very good. The first day after we checked in we came back into our room around 4:00 and and noticed that housekeeping hadn't been to our room. Notified staff and came back a short time later and the room was neat and clean. We had a wonderful stay and would return here the next time we travel throAugh this town. The only negative reply was that the pool was always full of small children at all times. Wasn't able to enjoy the pool as we would have liked. The view from inside the hotel was amazing!

It was a beautiful hotel. I could tell that it was immaculately cleaned. So many amenities. I highly recommend it.
