The room was perfect for our use and pleasure. The kitchenette was utilized to its full extent.

“Great Comfort In Franklin”

Made last minute reservations to stay in Franklin on business. Found hotel centrally located to resturants and Cool Springs Galeria (mall), as well as areas businesses and I-65. Spacious room and bathroom with quality kitchen appliances. Exterior corridors created a feel of independence, while the grounds themselves seemed secure. Would stay there again in the future.

“Nice place to stay”

Nice hotel with kitchenette. There is no hair dryer so make sure to bring your own. Convenient location, close to many good restaurants.

“I probably would not go back.”

The hotel was okay, but my husband went with me, and he is much older than I and having to climb steps over and over again wasn't good. There were no elevators. The bathroom tub had silverfish in it (I killed them and didn't worry about it) but I have not found this is most hotels I have been in. I think this type of arrangement is for family with children who plan to do their own cooking. It wasn't a big deal, though. I was only there one night.

“Not so hot”

There was a water bug in the shower, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall, I had to ask in the office for a new roll of toilet paper, there were no cups for water or coffee in the room. The coffee maker worked, but there was nothing to drink from after the coffee was made.

“If you are looking for no frills for little money, this is your hotel.”

I didn't realize when I chose this hotel, that it was an Extended Stay property. I'm not a big fan because they don't come daily to clean and change out linens, etc. If that's what you are looking for this is one of the better ones I've stayed in. There were a few issues. When we arrived there was water on the bathroom floor and mold on the ceiling above the shower. They fixed the water situation right away. No frills and no luxury, but other than the above, it was clean and felt secure. I would recommend only if this is the type of stay you are looking for. The one great thing about it for us was the convenience. Our weekend activities were centered in Cool Springs and Franklin, so the location was ideal. All other hotels in that area were substantially more expensive.

“Nice rooms in an even nicer location.”

The hotel was nice. Entering in for check in to the set up and convenience of the room. My only issue is the front desk personel checking in and checking out could have been a little more personable. Made me feel upon leaving that thats all and like he wanted to get back to what he was doing.

“Very cheap but such a DUMP!!!”

The cost as unbelievably CHEAP! So convenient to everything! Stove, refrig, clean, super efficient. The outside looks great .....BUT..... it was such a dump! Don't be fooled, The rooms are super plain and very ugly. If they would just upgrade a little bit it would help sooooo much. If u r broke stay here but if u have any extra cash do urself a favor and stay else where.
