"Staff was fantastic! I changed hotels VERY last minute due to finding a live roach in my room. Happy to report this hotel was very, very clean! No critters! Close to lots of eateries, close to hospitals, close to pretty much everything. You do have to pay for parking, however. Parking is somewhat limited. Beds were comfortable and I loved the pillows. There is a breakfast, but I had to check out prior to the start of it."

"Everything was great except the breakfast was low quality food. Embassy suites offer an omelet bar which was so much more enjoyable. The staff couldn’t keep up with table cleaning and stocking plates and silverware. Even some healthy bread would be appreciated but everything was low quality cheap food/filler"

"Well while we were there my truck was broken into and was told their cameras weren’t working . The staff was not helpful at all . The lady in the front said I always tell people not to leave expensive things in their vehicles after I told her they would be responsible for the damages since I had to pay for my truck to be there . They have an old security guard looked like he was in his 70’s not sure where he was when my truck got vandalized and broken into . But th we cell be paying for my new window and I will never and I mean never stay at a best western again. Worst people and worst place in my opinion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!"
