Dining
The Reef offers a Starbucks Café, serving coffee, espresso drinks, light breakfast items, sandwiches, and salads. About 20 restaurants and casual eateries, along with 20 bars and lounges, are located throughout Atlantis. The following restaurants are located at the Cove Atlantis, right next door to the Reef:
Mesa Grill - Award-winning chef and TV personality Bobby Flay brings his vibrant Southwestern cuisine to his first restaurant outside the United States. Guests enjoy direct views of the beach and ocean; some outdoor seating is available. The bar includes a terrazzo-and-seashell counter, flanked by columns of river rock. Dinner only. Children under 12 are not permitted at Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill.
Mosaic - This Mediterranean-influenced restaurant features “action cooking” stations to prepare dishes on demand, from fresh fish to churrasco steak. Designed by Jeffery Beers, Mosaic embraces natural light, which plays off the polished chrome, wenge wood, and limestone. Breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Cascades Grill - Located by Cascades Pool. Hot and cold wraps, barbecued pork, seasonal salads, jerked meats, and frozen drinks.
Notable restaurants elsewhere at the Atlantis Resort include:
Nobu - First Caribbean outpost of famed Nobu restaurant. Created by celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Cutting-edge Japanese cuisine with Bahamian influences. Sushi bar, sake cellar. Located off the Atlantis Casino.
Casa D'Angelo - Top-rated, Florida-based restaurant showcasing Tuscan cuisine. Freshly made pastas, specialties prepared in wood-burning ovens, outstanding wine list, traditional Italian desserts.
Café Martinique - Created by internationally acclaimed chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. French gourmet fare in spectacular setting, including wrought-iron birdcage elevator, dramatic mahogany staircase. Located in Marina Village.
Seafire - Contemporary steakhouse featuring grilled meats, fresh fish, and signature dish: Spit-Roasted Prime Rib. Mosaic flooring, high ceilings, amber-glass lighting. Located in Marina Village.

Dinner reservations are required for Café Martinique, Bahamian Club, Casa D'Angelo, and Chop Stix; reservations are required at Carmine's only if a party includes 6 or more persons. “Can't wait to go back someday!”
It was the best trip ever I would recommend this Hotel to anyone, anytime! The best place in the world
“WONDERFUL STAY”
The perfect vacation spot. Could not be happier!!! I would recommend it to anyone. I have stayed at the Atlantis royal towers, the cove, and now the reef. The reef by far is the best!!
“Beautiful resort”
The Atlantis resort itself is very nice. Many hotels to choose from, the waterpark is fabulous for the kids and adults as well. Food and drink is WAY overpriced. There are some lower end options but few and far in between. Plan accordingly to spend a fairly high meal budget.
“Love it”
This is the second time we have stayed at The Reef Atlantis. We love the size of the studio and the convenience of having a small kitchen in our room. All of the expected comforts of a high class hotel were there. We loved to sit on the balcony and view the beach, the water park, and even the dolphin lagoon. We will return again.
“WONDERFUL”
The Reef was a wonderful place for our family of 3 to stay! Lots of room in the , nice people, clean......had everything you would want and expect from a hotel of this type.
“6th time at the Atlantis, have stayed in every hotel / tower offered.”
The Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island Bahamas offers accommodations for various budgets as well as ages. My husband and I have been to the Atylantis 6 consecutive times, and the Resort improves more and more every year. The Cove and Reef Towers are well worth the money in luxury. The rest of the resort is just as nice, but I wouldn't stay any where other than the Cove or The Reef now that we have experienced the difference. There are plenty of activities for all ages. Very kid friendly, as well as a lively night-life for adults. I do not recommend going there in March during Spring Break, unless you are btw the ages of 16-20. 2 years in a row, my husband and I went in March and the resport had a more trashy feel with all the drunken teens running around hooking up, vomitting everywhere, and running up and down the Tower hallways all night like monkeys. (and my husband and I are only 33 which doesn't make us THAT much older than them, and we were still very annoyed) April is the best time to go for a nice vacation atmosphere as well as great beach weather. We will be back next year!!
“Had a great time!”
Even though it rained most of the time we were there, my husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 1 year anniversary. We want to go back because there is so much to do. Hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff was very helpful and nice.
“Paradise Island's Best Hotel”
I can't begin to describe how beautiful Paradise Island is and the Reef hotel is the best. It is so modern, clean and couldn't have been more comfortable. Our two rooms had an outer door plus doors to each room. This allowed us to put the kids to bed and the adults could be in the other room in the evening and still hear them. It was a perfect accommodation for our us and our children and grandchildren. The staff was the best so friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a wonderful vacation and the best hotel check out the Reef at Atlantis.
“Atlantis is the way to go, all the bad reviews were all wrong”
i booked and waited patiently for my trip, I started reading all the negative reviews and got scared that i was going to be unhappy, Boy was i wrong, I can not think of one thing that i had a problem with. I was so impressed i have already booked another trip there and cant wait to go. the resort is beautiful and everyone went out of there way to make you very happy, i am returning and will always love to come to this vacation spot. we stayed at the Reef atlantis and thought it was the best location for all the things we wanted to do,
“Ultimate Luxury and Bang For your Top Dollar!”
Atlantis is a world of its own. Positive:The Reef is a condominium style residence. A homely feel. Our room, a Studio Style 1 bedroom 3rd floor facing the entrance. Very clean & modern. A different feeling from The "other" towers. We felt like Vip. The Resort was 20% full, almost alone in our pool/beach. The Aquaventure is amazing, felt like kids again! Negative: Dinning is expensive @ 70-80 per person for dinner w/ 1 drink ea. Outside the resort changes from luxury to down the block motel like, w/ few restaurants outside. The Beach Towers,Ghetto, desolate dont walk in that vacinity past 5pm. There no Police. The Bellmen work with the Taxis & shuttles to coarse you to take a "taxi" especially after 11pm.15% Gratuity is always factored into you bill no need to tip extra even for outstanding service. Bahemians are Really slow dont vacation here if you dont have patience. There is always someone trying to sell you something in Downtown Nassau. Especially timeshare presentations! Suckered into a presentation at Atlantis Harborside, they try to sell you for 3 hours, even demean you to think you cant afford it to test your pride.Dont fall for the trick. 3 people during a timeshare presentation. Good cop,(the person who shows you the property)BS good cop,(the manager that pressures your to buy)& a Big bs Q&A cop (the last line to sell you a future vacation package for more than on expedia)

Area:
Paradise Island, New Providence Island, Bahamas: Paradise Island resembles Las Vegas-upon-the-Caribbean with its fanciful resorts and white sands. Tourists often head to the islands casinos, five-star restaurants, and shopping gallerias; its beaches, water parks, and nightclubs, however, are geared primarily for resort guests. The Potters Cay fish market is an easy detour from Paradise Island. Grouper and conch are typical catches of the day.
