“"Best hotel downtown natchez!!!"”
The Natchez Eola is a older style hotel but still very nice. Everytime that i come to natchez we stay at the eola. Its downtown which is great for walking every where downtown, and if you are a party person all the local bars are walking distance of the hotel, including Fat mama's margaritas, dimples, dog big loves and more....we were there for a wedding at the elms and it was like a block or two as well. all around a great place to stay. will be back.
“Would stay here again”
Enjoyed our stay very much. Impressed with "historic" feel of hotel and loved location in middle of downtown, convenient for exploring shops and such.
“Beautiful Hotel”
The hotel was beyond our expectations. Beautiful lobby. Desk clerk was polite and knowledgeable. We had a standard room with two double beds. Room was clean and quiet with a view of the river (nice surprise). Great location--we were able to walk to local shops and restaurants. We had breakfast the following morning in the hotel restaurant. It was delicious and reasonably priced.
“Natchez”
Great for Fall Tour
“Grand Old Southern Lady”
If you like grand old hotels, this is the one for you. The lobby furniture is in need of refurbishing but all the rest of it was glorious. Didn't eat in any of the restaurants as I was there for a family wedding and didn't need to. Lots of local establishments nearby if that's what one wants. I loved it! The room was comfortable and reasonably priced. Everything is nearby - within walking distance. I would go there again and again.
“Well-appointed”
This property is older, but well-appointed-all the conveniences you'd want. Great location and price (on Expedia!)
“A GRAND OLD HOTEL”
THE EOLA IS NOT ONLY BEAUTIFUL BUT OFFERS FIRST CLASS SERVICE AND CLEAN COMFORTABLE ROOMS. WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE QUALITY AND VALUE. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.
“I felt so relaxed and staff was sweet . Waitress, w/ a sweet name, was especially nice!”
The eola has kept its old time elegance and ambiance. Porud to see ithas modernized their amenities without compromise of a historic perfection. Do wish they served coffee in the lobby- free with easy access. The cost of breakfast, at $11:00, was kind of steep. Where has gone the continental breakfast for us travelers who have to eat and get on the road. Also it was difficult to get a meal the first night because there was a Christmas group dinner elsewhere in the hotel. This meant that regular hotel guests got bumped:( Keep up the good work Eola, in historic Natchez.. I will be back.
“Impressed and Surprised”
We were very satisfied with the room, service and breakfast and enjoyed looking at the gardens, furnishings and decor. It is a very special place.
“Loved our stay”
We spent the night in Natchez, MS at the Eola Hotel for my husband's 40th birthday, and for the Natchez Food & Wine Fest. We had an amazing time, and absolutely loved the hotel! We would love to go back for another stay & we would absolutely stay at the hotel again. Highly recommend! It's very reminescent of the era in Natchez that you can picture the hotel at it's prime in that day. We really loved it!
