“Christmas 2011”
Overall a great hotel, lovely pool and beach area's. an excellent beach bar and kitchen. The only disappointment was having to insist on having the no. of beds which we booked, which we eventually got.
“Negril Vacation March 2012”
This was our second trip to Coca La Palm...just as beautiful as it was 6 years ago. Coca is the perfect location on 7 Mile Beach. Everyone is so friendly, the food delicious, AND the Drinks...awesome. If you love bananas try the Dirty Banana. Yummy! And of course the Rum Punch. Loved the Jerk Chicken!!! The water is beautiful just the right temperture. Brought 2 bottles of No-Ad 30. Used both bottles and came back with a great tan. Went with Captain Kirk on the Glass Bottom Boat and went snorkeling, Parasailed with Shut Up And Fly. AWESOME!!!!! Don't know why we were so scared. Highly recommend. Bought a couple of carvings from Donovan at Coca La Palm. Beautiful work. Also did the Sunset Cruise to Ricks and did snorkeling in caves. Lots of fun. Can't wait to back!!!
“Beautiful beach and amazing service!”
The room was decorated in an island style with folk art and colorful bedding. It was spotlessly clean and the maid service each day was outstanding. All the staff at the resort went out of their way to assist us. The food was great and our children loved the pools and the beach. We had an amazing time there. We met lots of Jamaican people who helped to make our stay memorable. We are already planning to come back!
“Nice location, great staff and beach”
If you know how to make your way around the area, Coco LaPalm is a great place to stay as it is walking distance from town, beach activities, restaurants and bars. The amenities are well maintained and adequate and the staff are wonderfully friendly and accomodating. Having a fridge and coffee maker in the room allowed us to be less reliant on the restaurant. Their breakfasts are great! It was a very nice place to stay and we look forward to returning.
“Excellent place to stay”
Very happy with service, quality, and facilities. The hotel staff gets an A+.
“Can't wait to go back!”
Second time to Coco LaPalm and just as nice. Beautiful grounds, nice pools & jucuzzi. Helpful staff. Can't beat the ocean front rooms for location! Beautiful white sand beach and awesome sunsets. Will return!!
“Dana's review”
I have been to Negril numerous times, and this was my first stay at Coco. I have to say, it went beyond my expectations. Excellent staff, clean and modern rooms, great great great location. Fabulous pools and bars. The beach is INSANE. Thanks very much :)
“Excellent facility and location”
The Coco is a wonderful place to stay in the middle of the famous Negril beach. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities although slightly dated are in great shape and the room was very compfortable and clean. I was located near the road which was a bit noisy but it was the cheapest room available. I would pay a bit extra for a better room next time, but I was here by myself for my brothers wedding so it wasn't that important in the bigger scheme of things. The location is great, right in the midle of the beach with great swimming in the sea or the pools. Would definately go there again.
“Great spot for Negril stay”
My mother and I shared a superior room facing the ocean. Everyone was helpful and friendly. My mother was interested in the various trees and plants all over the grounds and the gardner was happy to share his knowledge with her. you could tell he was very proud of his work. I felt safe at the resort. We've stayed in Negril before and don't walk the beach at night too far from the hotel just as a precaution. It wasn't really necessary because there are good restaurants nearby, the pools and the jacuzzi were bonuses.
“Fantastic Stay! We Will Go Back!”
This was our 4th trip to Jamaica and our first stay in Negril at the CocoLaPalm. We loved it! From the staff in the front office to out on the beach everyone was wonderful. CocoLaPalm has the best location on 7 mile beach. The groundkeepers do an amazing job and Steve who maintains the beach and pools is awesome! All employees work very hard and really want to make their guests comfortable. The drinks and food were great. The standard rooms were just that, standard...but we were not there for the room...There were all kinds of resteraunts and places to dine in the everning all along the beach. Snorkeling with Captain Randal's crew was terrific. We made many friends during our stay. We could not believe the amount of people who return every year. We can't wait to plan our trip back to CocoLaPalm!
