“Super”
Excellent place to stay! Me and the hubby came for our anniversary and it was nice. Good staff, clean rooms, excellent location!!!! Definatley recommend
“Best western”
Great location for work meeting. Beds very comfortable Like the arrangement of the sink outside the bathroom. Great for sharing a room .

“great place to kick off your shoes and relax”
Room was clean, hotel was quiet with excellent accomodations. Food was good, parking lighted and safe. Hotel was close to the downtown and shopping and best of all, price was great.
“Comfortable stay”
The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. However, my only complaint was that the air conditioner would have frequent short cycles that was annoying while I was trying to sleep. Not sure if they do that in all the rooms of just the room I stayed in. Was able to easily get to the New Orleans Museum of Art with no problem.

Hotel was a great place just to stop a sleep down in the big easy. Everything was clean and prompt and friendly service.
“Would appreciate some additional facilities”
Would appreciate if they could place a small fridge in the hotel. It would really help us, we had about 12 cans of coke and we could not drink it cold as there was no fridge. If I had to pick up ice, then I had to go down all way from 11th floor to 3rd floor and then go to the annex building and pick up ice, i guess for such a big hotel there could be a better option. I have seen fridge in smaller hotel in smaller towns.

This was a gorgeous hotel. I enjoyed my stay. I plan to stay at this hotel the next time I return to New Orleans.

this hotel is clean and comforting to the eyes when you walk thogh the doors. the staff is excellent.My first visit to this hotel was for buisness and it was a pleasure to get back from a hard day of training to a clean fresh spacious room. thank you best western landmark.
“Fabulous!”
We had never been to New Orleans before, and everyone was very helpful in telling us good places to go eat, things to do, etc. The staff was friendly & pleasant. We had a room in the Tower & the view was really nice, too. Parking was free, so that was also a plus & the location is nice because it's right off the highway. It was also neat because it was large & easy to see so you could get your bearings. The only thing that we didn't like was there were no refridgerators or microwaves in the rooms (you can rent a fridge for $10 a day) They have a shuttle service to & from the airport (hours vary) & also a shuttle to the French Quarter that you sign up for daily. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay at a very nice price! Another thing is, the cabs were outrageously priced. The cab we took from the airport to the hotel was $20. If you plan on staying longer, I would definitely recommend renting a vehicle, though parking in the French Quarter isn't easy to find. It still beats having to pay for a cab & it allows you a little more freedom to roam.
