Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Right on trolley line to downtown! Very safe overnight parking included (so rare!) Plenty of dining options nearby and a British Pub with amazing beer down the street. Garden district is beautiful. Staff were very nice and helpful

This is a great find. In a good location away from all the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. It's around a 25min walk along nice streets to Bourbon St and the French Qtr and a 5-10min walk to admire all the beautiful mansions. There are lovely little coffee shops close by and plenty of food options too. Free parking is the absolute bonus. It saved us so much and is very secure. There was no breakfast served but coffee/water is available all day. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

This hotel takes extra steps to show they want to get good ratings. They email ahead and ask for ETA and if they can answer any concerns, also do that throughout the stay. The building and room showed the same interest in the details. Room was clean (smelled, felt and looked clean) the linens were fresh and bedding / pillows silky. The rooms were large and quiet, location fantastic for WWII museum and Pascal Manale's Restaurant...could take trolly or walk, no issues. Will go there again for sure....

The best thing about this property was the staff. Incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel itself was very nice and the beds were super comfy. My mom wanted to take hers home! I will definitely be coming back!

hotel is nice and staff is nice as well, but you can tell they surface clean instead of deep clean. Shower door been used a lot so it’s coming apart and the shower floor was dirty

Great staff. Parking was so convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. There is an event venue attached to the property. It did not bother us at all, but if you don’t plan on staying out late this evening during the weekend this just might not be the best fit. We had room near the elevator and that may have affected the noise level.

We asked for the sheets to changed in the morning since they smelled. It never happened. The next day we were asked if we still wanted them changed. Never happened our whole stay. We emptied our own trash daily since it never happened. We asked about more soap shampoo ect. Never filled. The room was nice. A microwave in the room for the price would have made sense. The location was great

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately when a DND is found on a door we cannot knock or go past it no matter the request. As noted there was one present on your door when the housekeeper tried to go up and fulfill your request.

Great place in garden district
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, great location! Good restaurants and bars within a few block, and the streetcar station is directly in front of the hotel. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
