“LOVED this hotel.”
The only complaint is the usual: the shower head just dribbles water. I have only not had that complaint once, so I won't totally hold this against them. We got upgraded to a pull-down king bed room that was in a corner : one 1 neighbor and GREAT views with huge wrap-around window. The room was large with sink/counter area, 10 seat dining table, sofa, chairs, coffee table and a very comfortable pull-down king with tons of pillows. All amenities provided (hair dryer, ironing board/iron, etc.) and the location was an easy walk to ANYWHERE in the touristy area of NOLA. We LOVED our stay!!! I would stay there again.
“Will Visit Again!”
This hotel not only borders the French Quarter on Canal Street, but was easily within walking distance of Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, and if you really wanna trek, the French Market. The hotel staff was friendly allowing us to check in ealry so we could explore the city without baggage. Our room had a splendid view of the rooftop pool which was immaculately maintained and the French Quarter. The room itself was impecabble. The decor was like nothing I'd ever seen in a hotel room and the room even had pillow top mattresses and Bath & Body Works shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The housekeeping staff kept the room well stocked and perfectly clean. The walls were thick and we weren't bothered by those guests coming in a little late (we stayed the weeekend of the Red Dress Run). The hotel is lovely and affordable and I highly recommend it to all visitors to "The Big Easy"
“Amazing”
This hotel was amazing! Close to shops, foo, night life and bars. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. People were very friendly. Will def. go back to this hotel next year!
“One one complaint”
Why do they have free Wi-Fi in the lobby and then charge for it in the rooms? I just can't figure that out. Other than that HUGE inconvenience - everything was great! If we ever return to New Orleans, we will definitely stay there.
“New Orleans Trip”
Hotel Located Close To All In French Quater. King Size Beded Room Very Small. Moved Over To Two Double Beds, More Space Pool Area Very Nice Was What We Expexted From A Marriott.
“Very nice”
Close to the French Quarter and River Walk. Very helpful staff. Nice room.
“new orleans”
great in all ways no problems at all
“Great Location”
This hotel is beautiful. Everything from the bedding to the decor of the room & lobby areas was elegant. Its close to the french quarter - we walked everywhere & only took a cab once & even then didn't realize how close we were to the hotel. The pool is small but the overall pool area is very large. The only thing I didn't like is that's where everyone went to smoke.
“Very impressed”
Hotel was very nice and in a good location.
“Very Nice”
Great Hotel and location to New Orleans attractions. Great views from even corner rooms(which we had). Would definitely stay again.
