Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged our transportation to the airport, helped with bags, even offered to call the room to wake us up. The family suite we stayed in was bright and clean, and was a very good price for the size of the space. Would definitely stay again!

The property is beautiful clean, but hard to find. It took me 2 1/2 hours to find this hotel. My GPS went crazy taking me around and around I was in tears. Best Western Newark should consider putting up a big sign so people can see it. But the hotel is beautiful and they have Starbucks coffee which was a plus.

We where treated great everyone was so sweet and understood we had canceled flights for 2 days and still helped us with checking in way earlier we loved how to learn had bunkbeds on top of two queen size beds that was the cutest ever and ever makes those littlel toilet paper you are an artist so much talent the transport from the hotel to the airport is so convenient 24 hours. That was nice overall great stay.
