Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan completed an $85 million renovation in December 2008. The hotel features a restaurant and a bar as well as 24-hour room service. The 29,000-square-foot health club, operated by New York Sports Club, offers fitness equipment and exercise classes (surcharge).
There 24-hour business center in the lobby offering secretarial services (surcharges may apply). And exhibit space is also available along with audio-visual equipment. Wireless Internet access is offered (surcharge). The hotel features a ballroom for special events as well as banquet facilities and event catering.

Guestrooms at Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan were renovated in December 2008 and feature views of Times Square, the Manhattan skyline, or the river.
37-inch high-definition flat-panel TVs come with Internet access, video games, pay movies, and video on demand. Other amenities include dual-line phones, clock radios with CD players and MP3 docks, laptop compatible in-room safes, and coffee/tea makers. Wireless Internet access is available for a surcharge. Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request.
All guestrooms feature the Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage bed, which includes seven pillows, a plush duvet, and luxurious sheets.

Brasserie 1605 - Serving gourmet dishes and comfort food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Located in the hotel lobby, overlooking Times Square and Broadway. The breakfast buffet (surcharge) featuring hot and cold items is available 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the restaurant. Brasserie 1605 also offers a children's menu.
Broadway 49 Bar and Lounge - Full bar serving 89 varieties of Scotch, signature cocktails, and martinis.

“Perfect Location...Perfect NY Experience!”
I stayed at the Crowne Plaza just after the first of the year for 7 days. I have stayed there before at 49th and Broadway and have never been disappointed. I see a lot of theatre when I come to New York and this location couldn't be better - just a little bit uptown of Times Square and an easy walk to all the great restaurants of Restaurant Row and Hell's Kitchen! The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I had a corner king room on the 23rd Floor and LOVED my 2 views of Broadway! I will most likely stay there again on my next visit!
“Crowne Plaza Times Square”
Check-in was a smooth and efficient experience, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely comfortable, and breakfast each morning was a delight thanks to the excellent staff in the brasserie. With its Time Square location and great service I would recommend this hotel to anyone
“Crown Plaza Broadway good choice”
I was pleasantly surprised by the Crown Plaza Broadway hotel in NYC. Rooms and floors were fresh, clean, bright and hip. My room was very comfortable and quiet. Bed was great, and the price was a good deal.

We have stayed here several times and this hotel is excellent. Every single hotel employee we encountered during our last stay went out of their way to help us. The restaurant is a great place to sit and look out on Times Square. The rooms are modern and clean and the atmosphere is great...highly recommended.

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the hotel brought us a great bottle of wine as well as a plate of cheese, crackers and fruit. Very thoughtful!!

Outstanding service from maids to waiters and fabulous breakfast. great room (corner king) with view of river and times square. loud noise from heavy wind storm one night was unsettling but otherwise windows kept out street noise (34th floor).

“Perfect Hotel For new York”
The hotel is literally in Times Square, directly opposite the M&M store. It is surrounded by amazing places to eat and drink and is also in the heart of everything that is going on. As a base it is perfect for exploring the city and returning to a clean, spacious room with staff that cannot do enough to help you. We paid for the Wifi and they cleared it off our bill as a thank you at the end of our stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone as i truly believe it meets the needs of everybody.
