Hotel staffs were very kind and friendly.

“Excellent Choice for a Hotel”

The hotel was a perfect choice for my stay. Buffet breakfast was excellent, and early enough to allow you to get off to an early start, which is exactly what I wanted. Hotel was situated perfectly for travel to/from JFK and for Manhattan, with 33rd St Station only minutes away with direct trains to Grand Central and Times Square in 10/15 minutes or so. Room was very confortable with a big bathroom, and big bed. Staff were very competent and helpful. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Only problem really is the noise, but can't complain as it is New York City! and it doesn't prevent you getting a good night sleep. I was very happy with my decision to stay there.

The only issue I had was the remote control did not work for the tv. Staff is super nice and rooms are spotless!!!

The hotel's location is very good, 3 min to subway station on foot, 15-20 min to Times Sq. But it's too much noisy from subway trains.

The hotel is very clean, people very nice, room very clean and new! the only un-pleasent moment was at breakfast, where the lady was cleaning before the time was over, very unprofesional attidute.She touched our food with bare hands, did not provide all the items only when we asked for. Overall I recommend the hotel for everyone who like to visit New York.

The hotel was extremely clean, nice snack area and right next door to a 7-11 for any necessities. Room had in-room coffee pot and a mini-fridge. The only downside we had was the room was very small. Barely enough space to walk between the armoir and bed or the air conditioner unit and bed. Had to stuff the suitcases in the armoir because there was no place to put them. But the staff was great and helpful with any questions and there was always coffee in the breakroom, along with hot water, tea bags, etc. The hotel is very close to the train so transportation was a breeze.

Hotel was small and clean. The parking is an issue but if you get a parking spot, the Transit system is 2 blocks away. The room was clean, bed comfortable, price was reasonable. It's perfect for a visit to the City. Continential Breakfast which was a great start to the day. No pool but if you want that then you need to stay further away fromt he city. It was overall a decent place to stay.

This was a wonderful trip. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and you can't beat the price. The hotel is located in a former industrial area that is very convenient to Manhattan (15 minutes by subway or El). The noise from the train might seem a little loud to those not used to city noise, but having lived in large cities my entire life I never even noticed it. All over a great stay. The bathrooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable.
