“I will choose this hotel again!”

Hotel was reasonable, walking distance to subway stations, location was good and safe. Staff were friendly and very helpful when we had questions. The only bad thing was that cab driver that was called by the hotel, that drove us to the airport to go back home, wanted to charge us more than the hotel quoted us. Everything else was satisfactory!

“Manhattan's Unsung Hero”

Although the hotel was great, i had never heard about it before. i have stayed in other high- end resorts in Manhattan but this was by far a better experience because of the pleasant employees.

“Great room with a great price”

We drove in from North Carolina with our two children. The hotel was two buildings away from a parking garage and accross the street from a parking deck. The hotel was built in 2009 so the rooms were "new-looking" and very clean. The rooms were also spacious. The linnens and pillows were comfortable, however the mattresses were very soft (not the best if you have any back problems). The hotel had a resteraunt downstairs that provided room service and there were a few resteraunts/food places that would deliver to the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

“3.5 Star Hotel with 5 Star Service”

Stayed here for 3 nights during memorial day weekend and the service was great. We arrived at 7:30am by bus, which is much earlier than the 3pm check-in time and they had a room ready for us. The view from the hotel wasn't much to look at, but you're in New York City, you're not there for the hotel. Overall great price, great location (literally around the corner from the 42nd street Port Authority bus terminal) and amazing service! Highly recommended.

“Would love to go back”

As we chose this hotel on the spur of the moment I think we made a good choice - the hotel is very central for all amenities - the only problem we found it is opposite the main bus station which did create some noise with squeaky brakes etc but overall the rooms were clean and comfortable and a great place to rest your weary feet! Will be back in New York sometime in the future!

“Excellent Value. Some minor maintenance issues”

We stayed at room 1608 at the Four Points and overall we loved our room. Modern, clean and new furniture. Pros: * Nice office-like desk with lots of electric plugs handy. * Absolutely fantastic bed! (One of the best beds we have slept on) Cons (minor in my opinion): * The glass door in the shower doesn't shut entirely at the floor level, causing water to leak on the bathroom floor when showering. * The AC stopped working a couple of times. We called for assistance and it was fixed quickly. We'll definitively come back.

“Great Hotel for a reasonable price!”

Me and my buddy went up there for new years eve weekend and had a blast. Got a great price near everything in Times Square. The rooms are kinda small but all the rooms in NY are small. However you could tell the whole hotel was brand new and very nice. Would definitely stay here again when I go back to NY!
