Good proximity to Newark airport with shuttle provided. No restaurant at hotel but the hotel across the street had a good restaurant. Hotel could use an update but fine for a night lay over. Chocolate chip cookies at check in were a nice touch. Bagged breakfast for those departing earlier than complimentary breakfast was thoughtful.

Pros: Close to airport with airport shuttle. Breakfast buffet with several breakfast choices. Very friendly, helpful desk staff. Check-in was quick, all questions answered satisfactorily. Cons: Hotel is showing its age, worn carpets, food/drink spills in the elevator. Because it is an airport hotel there is quite a bit of coming and going during the night/early hours which interupted our sleep several times. Dining options are limited. The Hilton has a nice restaurant, there are several take-out options.

Wife, 10 yr old son and I stayed 1 night on June 1, 2026. We loved the breakfast and the employees were very nice. We didn't like the noisy air conditioner, the very firm beds or the room shade that didn't block out lights. We had to wait a bit for the shuttle bus but finally arrived. The noise level outside from driver's with loud music was annoying. They would just park outside our room and we could hear their car radio at 1am.
