Rockefeller Center and the new Top of the Rock observation deck are also three blocks away. The Hilton Garden Inn's fitness center, open 24 hours, includes cardio machines, weight-resistance equipment, stability balls, and a 42-inch flat-panel TV. Guests who prefer to work out in their rooms can request a complimentary Get Fit Kit (based on availability). The kit includes a Pilates resistance band, a yoga mat, and free weights. Guestroom TVs include pay-per-view yoga classes. Discounted passes are available to a health club behind the hotel.

“Great location”
The hotel was in a perfect location, nice & central.

Immaculate hotel! Given a room with double queen size looking over 8th avenue, 10th floor. Just around the corner, 2mins walk from time square. Would highly recommend.

Very fast check in and check out. Room quite spacious for NYC. Bathroom tiny but very clean and well equipped. I liked that there was a hair dyer, iron and ironing board in room. As was coffee and coffee maker. Good price for location.

This is probably the best hotel per dollar in NYC. Location is great, room was comfy and staff was pleasant. I will definitely return and recommend to others.

We were very happy with our stay in this Hotel.The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.They even gave me hypoallergenic pillows.

Great hotel and very helpful, friendly staff. Rooms very clean and great facilities in rooms and onsite. The hotel is central to many places you would probably want to visit. I felt very safe in this area with my two adult children and there was a great diner just up 8th Avenue past 50th Street called Cosmic Diner. Only downside (but then we are in the middle of New York) is the subway noise at night, but it doesn't appear to run as often as the london underground so we got used to it very quickly. We were on the 6th floor it but the hotel has 16 floors so the higher you go the quieter it gets.

Close to all the fun, casual, amenities like complimentary Starbucks in the lobby, pleasant and accommodating staff! No issues whatsoever, just perfect for our needs! Would definitely stay there again!

Great hotel, great location. 5 all around. room is small but comfortable. I would rather have lounge chairs instead of desk. only chair is desk chair. Staff was great but Larry the concierge was fantastic. He was gracious and well informed.
“Perfect hotel for our visit”
I chose the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square as my wife and I wanted to be close to T/Sq in an affordable hotel of decent quality. I also based this decision on the favourable recommendations of two work colleagues and a friend who have stayed there quite recently. They were right. We were very happy with this hotel, the room and the staff were helpful. We requested a King Evolution room on a high floor as I had concerns over road noise. We were allocated room 628 to the front of the hotel 6th floor facing 8th Ave. The windows are double glazed so there's wasn't much background traffic noise. Mainly its the ambulances and fire engines that shoot up and down everywhere in New York sirens on that are intrusive but I doubt you can avoid this wherever you stay. Be aware fire station 'Ladder 25' (great isn't it!) is located on the corner of Street 46 which is next door. The bed is certainly the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in and massive. The room is a good size with plenty of space and drawers / cupboards, chair desk etc. Bathroom is OK with Clinique accessories, basin, a shallow bath and shower. Pigalle restaurant on the corner of the hotel ground floor is popular and expensive. We had one buffet breakfast there which was good enough (and $20 each) however for the remainder of our stay we breakfasted in a local Euro deli a few blocks down for $15 in total. The hotel is well located and from 8th Ave and 47th Street you can easily get anywhere.
