“An excellent mid-range hotel”

This was our third time at this hotel in three years, and I have to say the hotel is still excellent. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and plush, the rooms and especially the bathroom are cleaned to perfection.

“Broadway Ticket. If you are going to New York to take in a Broadway play this hotel is the ticket”

Our only problem at this hotel was that our room was so quiet and with the drapes closed it was like a tomb. When our alarm failed to ring (operator error) we missed our train, fortunately we had no problem catching the next train. Great Service at the hotel and an excellent location in Midtown Manhattan.

“Very Impressed With Sofitel”

We have traveled all over Europe and stayed in 5 star hotels that didn't compare to the Sofitel NYC, All staff, very accomodating, midtown location perfect, close to Grand Central,just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Times Square,and Broadway, but within a short walking distance. Rooms exceptionally quiet. Love the large bathroom and dressing area. Only complaint, no coffee pot in room. Would certainly recommend this hotel,and we plan on staying there on our next trip to New York.

Excellent hotel in a prime spot will use it again, our room looked on to Empire State building, 2mins walk from 5th ave and less than 5 mins walk from times square.

“Sofitel customer forever!!!”

I stayed at the hotel in NYC from June 6-8. The hotel was beautiful!! The lobby was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The room we stayed in was a suite and it was huge compared to NYC standards. I would highly recommend this hotel! Trust me, you wont be disappointed!!!

“Great hotel”

This is a really good hotel... The employees and good, polite and efficient. The hotel is well decorated, with comfortable, stylish rooms & decent views! The location is great for mid town location - 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Centre, St Patricks Cathedral etc. We would definately stay again - I took my Mum for her birthday and she loved it, her quote "this hotel is a touch of class".

“Love the Sofitel”

Convenient location to theater, shopping and subway. Inexpensive (and good) diner just a couple of doors down for breakfast. Lovely hotel and very comfortable rooms.
