“New York Getaway”
My daughter and I shared a luxury king room. The bed and pillows, linens were comfortable. It was nice and clean and quiet.
“The Loews Upper East Side....WONDERFUL!!”
Wonderful location!!! A beautiful location and a boutique style hotel. House keeping made one mistake as they thought a small shopping bag was trash and it got thrown out. Inexpensive small item was in the bag. Management came to the room to apologize and fill out a report. I would stay here again for sure. Regular room was quite spacious. Bathroom small but completely suited our needs for 2 adults and 2 small children.
“Great hospitality and amenities”
A wonderful hotel in a great location, with a friendly, helpful staff. I especially enjoyed the quietness of the room, the Keurig coffee maker, & the NY Times outside my room every morning. Will definitely stay there again.
“Loew's regency New York”
Park Ave. hotel without the park ave. price. Lovely hotel, wonderful staff, helped us out with dining suggestions then sent us an appetizer on them while we were dining. Great location to everything, 2 short blocks to central park, the zoo, subway and we actually walked multiple time to Times Square and the theater, long but nice and safe. No complaints whatsoever would go back again and again.
“Without a doubt would stay here again - Fantastic”
I stayed here with a friend for the Thanksgiving weekend and enjoyed it thoroughly. I regularly go to NYC and I have to say that the hotel location is brilliant with it being a 60 second walk to the corner of 5th Avenue and Central Park. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful (as all New York staff always seem to be) and our room was extremely spacious and very clean and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel going by the general service, the cleanliness and our room, I can only imagine the food being lovely. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again on my next trip. I loved the location knowing that you were a minute walk from the buzz of 5th Avenue but set in a location which was actually very quiet and calm.
“A perfect weekend”
We've stayed at the Carlyle, Peninsula, Pierre, and St. Regis, and this was by far the most enjoyable total experience! Location and staff couldn't have been better. Don't miss a night cap in the Library!
“Superb hotel-couldn't fault it.”
Great hotel to stay in as so many places are nearby and walkable. Hotel room was huge with great walk-in wardrobes and beautifully soft towels and dressing gowns-also excellent quality toiletries! My best tip would be to make use of the concierge service-they know how to get to places, the best restaurants and even managed to get us discounts in the best stores. I would highly recommend this hotel as it so warm and comfortable and the staff are so welcoming.
“I'd stay here again if I want to walk the 5th. Ave.”
I wasn't expect this kind of quality with the price I paid; I loved the location and their liabrary cafe; excellent service at all details. They clean my room at night before I went to sleep; it's such a nice surprise. I had to check out very early the next day; yet everything was very smooth. I will stay here again if I just want to come to NewYork to walk the 5th Ave.
“I'll be back!”
Well located, staff try very hard to please.
“Great location”
This was my first stay at this hotel. I made a chose due to very convenient location near museums, shopping and great restaurants. The check-in was prompt and I was offered unexpected complimentary upgrade. I loved the room, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The only negative, as in all NYC hotels I stayed, is very loud AC. However, overall Loews Regency Hotel is worth 4.5 star rating. Would consider to stay again.

Upper East Side, New York, United States of America: Of all the superlatives used to describe the Upper East Side, one word is apt: richest. Both a physical and art-world behemoth, the Met is home to several masterworks, from an intact ancient Nubian temple to post-modern color studies.
