“Holiday in New York”

The room was small but very clean. It has enough room for two people. The staff were friendly, I told them it was our anniversay celebration and they gave us a room on the 25th floor with a view. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. If I ever go back to stay in New York we will go to Park Central.

“Often the best buy in town.”

This is a superb hotel for the money. It's not the Ritz, but is is high quality at a good price in a perfect location for both tourists and business people.

“Great Hotel”

This was our second visit to the Park Central, and we enjoyed our stay. This hotel is in a very good location,a couple of blocks south of Central Park and a short walk to Times Square. The hotel is quiet at night therefore you get a good nights rest. Also the rooms are larger than most in NYC. We would recommend the Park Central highly.

“Nice Hotel , Good Ubication”

The only issue I think is not good , is the WIFI I think the hotel must offer Wi Fi even with Charge to the customer , but considering time using not time day.

“Unbelievable value”

I was stunned at the quality of this hotel, given the price. The rooms are huge, the bathrooms are clean, the windows are big and the soundproofing is pretty good. The only complaint I have was that checking out took over 20 minutes; use the electronic checkout if you can.

“Very impressed”

Entering the hotel I had a sigh of relief that the main entrance was beautifully set out with numerous Christmas trees and a lot of gorgeous lights. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel at home within moments. You always worry about the hotel not being to the standard you expect as in the photos provided before arrival but it exceeded my expectations. I never ate within the hotel or requested room service so overall the comfort of the bed was great and the shower was always hot. The staff always had a smile on their faces which you do not see often enough in hotels and the availability of help was just around the corner. The cleaners kept the hotel to an acceptable standard but could be a little more professional as in not arguing with each other but overall it was not a problem to me. Would recommend to anyone.

“Very pleased”

Three people from our company traveled to NY on this trip and they were very pleased with the hotel and the surrounding areas. They had no complaints and said it was a positive experience and the price was a lot better than they expected compared to other properties in close proximity!
