“Quaint Charm”
This hotel is a small hotel in Manhattan that is equiped with a business center, continental buffet breakfast, kind staff, and comfortable rooms. The room we stayed in was extremely small, but we went to New York to tour the city, not stay in the room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. A subway stop is on the same block as the hotel, and there was a delicious Indian Cuisine restaurant across the street.
“Wonderful experience”
I took a group of students from East Texas to New York on a field trip. Park South Hotel met our expectations. The subway on the same block made our lives easy. The evening/night ladies at the front desk were unbelievable friendly, helpful, and even funny! I will be back next year with another group.
“Clean and comfortable”
Would love to keep this quaint hotel a secret, but for the money it had all the amenities of a large hotel...cute little tioletries, hairdryer, iron and board. Great complimentary buffet breakfast. Quiet and comfortable with a lovely turndown service and great chocolate. In a safe neighborhood within walking distance to whatever your heart desires.
“Just great”
We needed a convenient spot near Union Square and the subway and we found it and more. The room was a typical NYC-size regular room, but very clean, and neat with extra amenities-robe nice body care products. Great continental breakfast. Gracious and friendly staff. I caught a glimpse of the larger rooms, which looked very nice too for an upgrade.
“The best things come in small packages”
This hotel is perfect for those who don't need anything fancy. It has a great location, friendly staff & clean rooms all for a reasonable price. The room/bathroom are on the smaller size but modern and very clean. The continental breakfast was quality.
“New York Cheap Boutique Hotel”
Excellent service. Very Clean. Friendly Staff. Cheap Parking across the street. Ideal Location.
“Park South Hotel”
The location right next to the Subway station was great. The surrounding neighborhood didn't have much going on, but still had decent restaurants within walking distance and a great Irish Pub close by to watch sports that were not available in our room (not that the cable wasn't satisfactory, it was just a game that wasn't in that viewing market). The breakfast was great and saved us a lot of money on food. The room itself was pretty small but not unmanageable. One minor issue - the bathroom door smacked into the toilet which was kind-of annoying. Free internet was great. Having a fridge in the room was an added bonus. I would definitely stay again!
“NYC”
Excellent with great included breakfast
“Quiet and Nice”
Park South Hotel had very nicely done rooms with nice beds and fixtures. DVD player and titles at front desk was a plus. Breakfast in morning was excellent pastries, jellies, etc. I was surprised and pleased. To me a better stay than the bigger hotel chain locations.
“Top flight hotel - especially for the money.”
I arranged for an out of town visitor to stay overnight. He reported complete satisfaction with every aspect of his stay. He was excited about the small things - bathrobes, cleanliness etc. and the location It's a beautiful part of the city to walk around in. And then there's the Indian food!
