“Great time at the Renaissance”
This hotel is situated in a prime location in the heart of times square and steps from the subway. R Lounge has the best view of times square as well. The room seemed to be a little on the small side but it had everything it needed. I would definitely stay here again.
“Fantastic hotel and location!!”
Gorgeous modern hotel, perfect location and exceptioonal service!!
“Location, location, location”
It is hard to beat the location of this hotel. Smack in the middle of everything related to Broadway and Times Square. The lobby was interesting and comfortable, the rom was as expected and fine. Everyone was quite friendly, and the concierge was great in helping me with a minor problem of my own making (left my tickets to a show at Birdland at home!). I live out on eastern Long Island, and have stayed in Manhattan MANY times. I would go back to the Renaissance.
“Location, Location. Location”
Our room was great-the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The location of this hotel can't be beat. The restaurant has a great view Times Square.
“A superb experience”
New York is always good but this time it was wonderful. Hotel friendly, efficient and clean. Room was comfortable and a good size for 3 guest (it would have been even nicer if 1 of the 2 queen sized beds was king sized). Location couldnt have been better if you want to be central, right on Times Sq. That just thrilled my daughter Jennifer who was in NYC for her 1st time. All in all a great week which went to quickly!
“The hotel to stay at during Thanksgiving”
I was so nervous that the room was going to be too small for four women with lot's of shopping to do but I didn't have a thing to worry about. We had a king bed WITH a roll away and had plenty of room for our suitcases and bags. The bathroom counter had plenty of room for all off our cosmetic bags and the make-up mirror was a big bonus. The bed and comforter were so soft and luxurious and the hotel itself was in the middle of everything. We all plan on going back and all agree that there is no need to look for another place to stay because this was perfect.
“Texas Meets New York”
WE LOVED our stay in this hotel! It was less than a block from the middle of times square!! It was quiet and a very nice kept hotel. We are from Texas so we bugged the concierge non stop. Jill and Omar were amazing! Jill helped us the most and provided assistance with a complete smile. There are several great places to eat within walking distance, the hotel itself was kind of pricey when it came to food. There is a subway station right outside the hotel and there were also tons of tour bus stops close by as well. GREAT GREAT GREAT HOTEL! We will definitely go back again.
“Very impressed”
wonderful hotel....great location....would def go back
“Highly recommended”
I stayed at this Hotel in May 2008 while on business in New York. As a women travelling on my own I found this to be a very safe property with the staff friendly and professional and a great location. The rooms are of a good size with great bathrooms and good size desks with free internet connection. Highlight of the property is the amazing views over Times Square from the restaurant - great place for breakfast!
“Can't wait to go back!!!!”
This hotel has a great central location within walking distance to all of the attractions we were wanting to see including Central Park, Rockerfellar Center, Times Square, Broadway, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was outstanding. We had an excellent trip. They even let us check in before noon! We did not eat in the hotel restuarant or use the bar, but it looked really nice too. Conceirge service gave us us some great tips about tour buses. I would go back there again.
