“Great location”

I stayed at this hotel with my teenage daughter and it great. I wouldn't recommend it for small children though because the rooms are too small and other than free kid's movies there isn't anything they offer families. The location is perfect for shopping, dining and getting around the city. Two subway lines are a block away and we could even get to JFK quicker(and cheaper)by train than by cab. There is a small market across the street which we utilized often. The hotel food is good, but very expensive.

“Great Location, Nice Boutique Hotel”

It was our first time to New York, and I couldn't be happier with our choice of hotel. It's not a large room, but I'm sure it's considered quite spacious for a New York hotel room. Love SoHo!! It's close to Chinatown, Bleeker Street, bars and restaurants around the area, and most of all, it's away from the crowd and noise of Times Square. The champagne on arrival was a nice touch. Staff were friendly, and the room service was superb. One of the light globes in the bathroom went out, the globe was replaced the next day before we even mentioned it. Overall, very satisfatory experience.

“Comfortable and convenient”

We had a wonderful stay at the Soho Grand. The rooms were very tastefully decorated. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. The location is very convenient to shops as well as the subway station.

“Above and Beyond”

I had a minor problem with the hotel before I arrived and they went above and beyond to make up for it. When I arrived there were snacks, beverages, a rose and a personal note in my room. They brought me everything I needed the second I needed it. I had a personal emergency during my stay and the manager picked up a lovely room service dinner and they allowed me an extra late check out time. I cannot say enough about how fabulous the SoHo Grand was to me.

“Super Pet Friendly”

Great hotel in the perfect location in SoHo. Service is on point and they treat dogs as very special guests. The concierge was extremely helpful and was even able to secure reservations for the hard to get into restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.
