“Great hotel!”
What a BEAUTIFUL hotel! We had a suite and it was perfect! Double heads in a huge shower, robes, slippers ---class all the way!! Would definitely stay here again!
“The LONDON-NYC: Ramsey makeover of lounge required”
The hotel is fantastic. Centrally located within blocks of Rockefeller centre. Studio suite rooms have a large sitting area. Fantastic bed and fantastic linens. Great sized bathroom. A 5 star plus on the room. Check-in staff and doormen were also great. The bar/lounge area is a bit dated and the service staff do not meet or exceed expectations. We expected more from the bar/lounge staff and certainly did not expect the fabric of the banquettes to be worn out as they were. Maybe Chef Ramsey needs to visit to get things back on track.
“Where's the coffee maker?”
Loved the hotel, the location, the comfort. ONE complaint...for the rate they charge, they could put a small coffee maker in the room...would make a nice amenity.
“Very impressed with the Hotel and service at the hotel”
Hotel was great. Service was wonderful. Restaurant was very good, a little expensive. Room was tastefully decorated. Room was clean. I would stay again. Expedia price was good.
“The London -- very spacious suite -- good value too”
The service was exceptional. We showed up unexpectedly early because of travel issues and the staff did their best to get our room ready in advance of normal check-in time. We stayed in a London Flat (one bedroom suite). The decor was cool and it was very spacious. We particularly enjoyed the walk-in shower for two with shower heads on opposing walls.
“A gem in Manhatan”
It is a beautiful modern hotel close to MoMa, central park and Broadway amenities. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant is highly recommended.
“very good impressed”
the hotel is very good for convenience, comfort. and condition but I find out that the service is not bad but a bit slow
“Great location.... amazing room”
We travelled to New York for 2 nights and had an amazing stay at The London NYC... Their basic room is suite style with a large, separate living/work space, a king size bed and beautiful bathroom... compared to other NY boutique hotels the room was spacious and new. The service was exceptional.. As for location, you are 4 blocks from Central Park, 2 blocks from 5th Ave shopping, 8 blocks from Times square and Broadway Theatres.... can't beat it... Highly recommended
“Location Location Location”
The hotel puts the emphasis on the comfort and size of the room, rather than an elaborate lobby. Accross from Carnegie Deli, & East Coast Antiques, close to 5ht Ave, Central Park and Times Square and the Theater District.
“The London NYC 'Rocks'”
Amazing 'intimate' hotel, that benefits from not being 'too big'. Situated within easy reach of Central Park, 5th Avenue, Times Square The Rock etc.... Excellent service, with friendly staff. The rooms were bigger than expected, nicely furnished and have the softest bedding. Breakfast in bed a must !!! Food in the Maze was excellent, as you would expect. We stayed for our Wedding anniversary and would definitely go back. Highly recommended.
