“Perfect Hotel NYC”

The room was extremely spacious and clean. The view was beautiful and I live in Manhattan so that's saying a lot. It is centrally located one block from Saks, Rockefeller Center, 5Th Ave and all the Designer shopping you can hope for. It is literally across the street from St. Patrick's cathedral and you have a beautiful view from the hotel courtyard.

“New York Palace Hotel”

“Beautiful view”

Staff was very accomodating and pleasant. I informed the desk clerk that it was a special occasion (15th wedding anniversary) and we got a room with a fantastic view and they even sent us a nice bottle of bubbly!

“Wow! A stunning hotel with service to match.”

A luxurious hotel, soaked in its own history. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff could not have been any more helpful and knowledgeable on the history and amenities of the hotel and New York itself. One of the doormen even gave us a guided tour of the stunning, original dining room, library, etc. The room was very comfortable and spacious enough for a family of three/four. Though the hotel is luxurious, casual clothing is the order of the day other than in the Mitchelin Restaurant. This hotel was the icing on the cake of a wonderful holiday in the Big Apple. Thoroughly recommend this hotel!

the staff are excellent, and took time out to help as plan our daily sight seeing trips & have a great knowledge of NYC's resturants. The Gilt rsturant in the hotel is well worth a visit.
