“Perfect!”
This hotel was perfect for us. Just my husband and I went to NY but I recommend this hotel for families too. It´s clean, comfort, modern, the lobby is big, it has three ipads with free internet and wifi all over the lobby, everybody was so nice and kind, they always help you in every way. The food is delicious, just so expensive but the person at front desk gave us free breakfast for one day and coctels for the night at the bar. There´s always music at the loby, like electronic music, so nice! And perfect location!! Half block from Times Square and near to subway and many interesting things!! We felt like home after a really tired day!
“NYC's best”
This hotel was the best place I have ever stayed at in NYC. The room was great with nice bed, flat screen tv, room service and staff was very polite and helpful. The location is perfectly set 1 block from time square. I will stay there everytime I vist NYC from now on.
“Very practical”
The only complaint I had was with the TV. You have no preview of the different channels and you have to punch them in to get to the normal channels. That was frustrating as I had a hard time finding that there was regular TV for sometime.
“Location, Location, Location”
Was impressed with this hotel. Was upgraded as soon as I got there as I was staying for over a week. The room was spacious, clean and everything worked. You couldn't ask for a more convenient location as it is just of broadway and a two minute walk if you have to catch the subway. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
“A smart option in pricey NYC”
The renovated Paramount is a smart spend to be right in the heart of the Theatre District. If you have Billy Elliott fans in your group, the hotel is so close to the theatre that you can hear the raves for the Billys after the show. It's a great place to stay in NYC.
“Great location, clean room, can't wait to go back!”
I was really surprised that when I checked in I had a friend staying with me for 3 days and they upgraded our room to two double beds for the same price of one double bed! At night when I returned from the trade show I had to show my room key to enter the hotel. Good security. I had breakfast every morning at Dean and Deluca's, that had a door from the lobby to the cafe. Very convenient and very good. I would definitely return and recommend this to friends.
“A Gem in Times Square”
Booked this without having stayed there before. It was close to the garment district for business purposes. Clean, modern rooms with all the amenities. Friendly staff. There is a Dean & DeLuca right off the lobby. No bed bugs and very quiet. Others complain of the dark halls which weren't an issue but they are dark. You won't regret staying there.
“Location, Service, Cleanliness -- Paramount Has It All”
The hotel was impressive with its modern flair. I enjoyed sitting in the lobby as much as in my room. When I walked into the room, I instantly took off my shoes something I never do in hotels, but it felt that "clean." The location was even better right off Time Square and we walked home from Macy's spectacular fireworks show on the River Front. We're coming back.
“Wonderful trip!”
The hotel's location was incredible! It was within walking distance of everything. We were able to see shows, experience Time Square and jump on the subway easily. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The small size of the room was not a problem since we didn not come to New York to stay in our room. Our trip was absolutely remarkable....thank you!
“Would certainly return”
This is an excellent hotel, in the heart of the Times Square area. It is clean, tidy,staff are polite and very helpful, and, it represented excellent value for money in this area. In the past we have used Expedia for all our flights, but, following our experience with a hotel they recommended and booked, we will certainly use Expedia for our Hotel requirements in future.
