“The Ritz meets every expectation and some”
Staff very accommodating. Service excellent. Room was tastefully appointed and the bed and linens truly heavenly. Ideal location.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at the Ritz Carlton. She had a sore throat and they had the most fantastic chicken soup! The staff was wonderful and our room was lovely,

From the second I arrived at the door to when I left, I found the staff,attention to detail were exceptional. A truly 5star new York experience . I cannot recommend it enough.
“Ritz Carlton, Central Park C, NYC***FABULOUS***”
The entire staff was exceptional in their efforts to make our stay enjoyable. The check in was fast and becasue there was a wait for our room we were offerred an upgrade after our first night for the remainder of our stay. The concierge helped us with changing dinner reservations at an outside restaurant and they also helped us get tickets printed for an excursion that we booked. The doormen were always right there to get us transportation to other locations. The rooms (both as we were upgraded the second night) were immaculate and luxurious with a welcoming feel. We used in suite dining for breakfasts and for one dinner and it was delivered on time by more personable personnel. White linens and a fresh rose or orchid were part of the experience. We also had drinks in the lobby bar area and, again, the staff was most courteous. Will definitely go back again.

Return visit by choice. Hotel staff is extremely attentive. They even left a CD in our room for my granddaughter as a gift. We also recieved a room upgrade with a view of Central Park.

“Perfect Hotel Experience”
Everything about our hotel stay was perfect; the location, room, and service all met or exceeded our expectations. The room was large by New York standards and very comfortable. Bathroom was also large and very comfortable with a separate tub and shower as would be expected. We reserved a room with Ritz Carlton Club access and we felt it was well worth it.

All you would expect and more from a 5 star hotel. Descreet, personal service. Staff was extremely personable and professional. Our new home in NY.

It's a shame you have to pay so much for this kind of service, but it certainly makes you want to do it. From the second to step out of the car to the second you walk out for the last time, you are treated like royalty, even if you aren't! I look forward to visiting again!
