“great hotel”
great location, hotel staff extremely accomodating
“Great hotel- can't wait to go back- highly recommend it!”
The hotel had a very vibrant and lively atmosphere as you stepped into the lobby. the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent...within walking distance of all the sights. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast is highly recommended (we had to pay extra) Definitely would stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect midtown experience.
“All around excellent stay...”
First off, they upgraded us to a larger room @ no additional cost. Room was quite spacious (by New York Standards). A little bit run down but quite clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent. Extremely close to nearby attractions as well as the Grand Central station. Very helpful/courteous staff. Overall we had an excellent stay at the Roosevelt.
“Roosevelt NYC”
Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms. Ordered a queen size bed and ended up with a king. Staff was very courteous and quick to help us with everything, valet parking was a breeze. Hotel is very well located, 10-15 min walk from Times Square, Empire State Bldg, Chrysler Bldg, Macy's, The Park, UN Bldg Do yourself a favour, try the Roosevelt grill, the food is amazing.

Honestly, It was very nice to stay in this hotel: the room, service and their people. Roosevelt is a great hotel.

After reading about the size of hotel rooms in NYC from other travelers reviews,I was not quite sure how our room would be. We were very pleased with the size and cleanliness of this hotel room. Staff was helpful and friendly, would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay close to Times Square or downtown area.
