“Recommended for business travel”
Great hotel for the price. Very convenient location. The room was OK for one, but might be a bit small for a couple. Not a problem for me because I was in NY by myself on business. Will definately make it my hotel of choice when I'm back again.
“Where's my coffee?.”
There aren't coffee makers in the room but there is a Starbucks in the lower lobby.
“Waldorf astoria”
Friendly and accomodating staff. Convenient location.
“A Romantic Stay”
Great position. We were able to access the museums, galleries and theatre district easily. Wonderful week to go as it was restaurant week and they were running specials, the theatre were offering 2 for 1 tickets on Broadway and the Waldorf was very reasonably priced - so we took advantage of it all and had a wonderful time. The old time atmosphere of the Waldorf was an extra bonus. It made it a special time in NYC. Plan to do exactly the same next year.
“The Wonderful Waldorf”
We loved the Waldorf in every way. From start to finish the staff were wonderful, the food excellant, and the whole Waldorf experience was second to none.
“Superb hotel”
Very luxurious hotel. Convenient location. Highly recommended.
“Review of the Waldorf Astoria.”
We chose the Waldorf because of it's history and nostalgia. The Lobby is wonderful and our room reminded me of a hotel room in France where we stayed once. It was lovely and the beds were clean and comfortable. Am looking forward to a return visit.
“Not to be Missed”
The Waldorf deserves its outstanding reputation. It's a landmark of NYC not to be missed. Hospitality is the operative word; the staff couldn't be more gracious or helpful. More traditional hotels would do well to keep their old world bars like the Bull and the Bear. We can't wait to go back!
“The Waldorf Astoria”
The whole ambience of the hotel was fabulous. All of the staff were all so kind and very helpful, second to none. The Waldorf certainly is a piece of history which is a must see and stay if you can.
“Fabulous Hotel!”
The Waldorf Astoria is a gorgeous historic hotel. It is within walking distance to everything you want to see in Manhattan. I would highly recommend it to everyone!
