This hotel is situated across the street from the Fallsview Casino. The hotel , upper floors, also have a great view of the falls. The rooms were very clean, spacious; staff very helpful; great parking attendants. It was a great stay!! The inside pool and slide were great.... our kids had a blast !!

“Very nice hotel”

View was fabulous, very clean, great location, polite courteous staff. The concierge service seemed to be very focused on selling the tour packages, and seemed to be less than patient with those (like me) just seeking directions to do activities on an individual basis. I would have appreciated more help, as we had never been to Niagara Falls before. The fire alarm going off at 8Am wasn't appreciated, as this was our last morning there, and we wanted to sleep in before the 5 hr. trip home, this of course, was not the fault of the hotel. Just bad timing. But, all being said, I would stay there again, and recommend it to others.
