The high-rise Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Spa is at the southern end of the quieter Fallsview area and 100 m (109 yd) from the Falls. The hotel is 2.5 km (1.5 mi) from Marineland family theme park and 4 km (2.5 mi) from Maid of the Mist boat tours and Canada One Factory Outlet Mall.
The Fallsview Casino is connected by skywalk to the hotel.

Tours to area attractions depart from the hotel lobby and include the Skylon Tower, Niagara Falls Aviary, and the IMAX Theatre.

The 23-story Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Spa has 432 guestrooms and suites. Views are of the city, Horseshoe Falls, or both Horseshoe and American Falls. All include Marriott's signature bedding: thick mattress, separate pillowtop, down comforter with white cover, triple sheeting with 300-thread-count sheets, extra pillows, and a decorative throw and pillow sham. Decor is traditional, with rich woods and brass accents. Furnishings include club chairs with ottomans. Wireless and wired high-speed Internet access are available for a surcharge. All rooms have laptop-compatible safes, and cable TV with video games (surcharge) and pay movies.
Smoking is not permitted inside hotel rooms.

“Perfect view!!”
If you are looking for a place to stay with a great view, this is it.. However, if you are looking to save money it is not.. We were very please with the location and comfort of our room. The beds and pillows were great. We were only here one night so it was well worth it, if we had been staying for a few nights we probably would have found something a little cheaper.

This was truly one of our best hotel experiences, great services, outstanding views, just a great place to stay when vacationing in Niagra Falls. The insiders choice proved itself to us.

“Wonderful Time.....”
We loved the hotel. Our room was great! It was very important to us to have a full view of the falls and that was exactly what we got. The view alone was well worth the money. The hotel location is also within walking distants to lots of entertainment.
“Niagara Experience At Its Best!”
The Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa at Niagara Falls is what it is...a four star hotel that lives up to the reputation! Had long romantic weekend for our first time in the falls and it was PERFECT! The VIEW, the HOT TUB and the SERVICE were impeccable! I can't say enough. We had dinner at Casa Mia which was pricey but expected and worth every penny! The restaurant arranged to pick us up at the Marriott and bring us back at no cost! Great concept, so feel free to order that wine. If you can, check out the Greg Frewin magic late show (without dinner), made for an entertaining evening. Clifton Hill is the hip n happening spot so you'll find tons of stuff to do. Get a FunPass if your into that sort of thing. All around GREAT trip but be prepared to spend on food!
“Amazing View, Service”
I recently stayed in a Fallsview room at the Marriott Niagara Falls and was extremely impressed with the view, service and assistance from all staff. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. I would reccommend this hotel to anybody thinking of visiting Niagara Falls. The little extra paid for a fallsview room was well worth it

Our stay at the Marriott Hotel was extremely satisfying. The entire staff was friendly and Lawrence at the Front Desk was our "go-to-guy" for information on everything from dining to sight-seeing. His recommendations were outstanding and his friendliness and willingness to to assist were superb. We will definitely recommend Marriott Fallsview to all of our friends and are looking forward to a return trip to the area. Thank you Marriott and Lawrence!!knew
“Very Nice”
Nice hotel, great view. Very romantic atmosphere. Very plush linen. Internet service was pricey, but over all We had an excellent stay.
“Wonderful...simply wonderful!”
It made a special occassion 100% more special! We have stayed there before and also at other hotles in the falls area and this I have to say is by far my personal preferance...The staff are friendly and efficient and the rooms are comfortable and elegant. I am sure I will be staying there again in the near future and really look forward to it
