“nice place”
enjoyed our stay

My family and I were very satisfied. Cute little hotel. Close to all attractions, most in walking distance.
“Close but not too close!”
For those who want to be able to walk to the falls and attractions but not be in the middle of the chaos this is a perfect location. We had a riverview room that has a balconey that overlooks the Niagra River just below the falls. You can even see the American Falls if you lean out just a bit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I did not rate the maintenance and condition of the hotel a 5 was that they have trouble keeping the pool and spa water as clear as it should be because of the heavy use by guests. We ate breakfast in the hotel and found the prices to be good and the food quality even better. The free onsight parking was wonderful.
“Very nice and worth the price”
Hotel room comfortable, very clean. River view. Nice balcony. Hotel staff accommodating, friendly. Dining facilities not fancy, but adequate and fairly priced. Would stay there again.
“off the tourist track”
lovely place from a bygone era. great for romantic getaways. hotel's about a mile from most of the action so don't stay unless you don't mind doing a lot of walking.
“Great Value!!”
We have stayed at a number of hotels in the Niagara Region. Although we did not partake in a number of the ameneties available at the hotel, eg. restaurants, pool etc., we did find the rooms clean, spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was great, walking distance to the casino and Clifton Hill. In comparison, this was a great value and we'll be back. Free parking was a big plus.
“Impressed!!”
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was in excellent condition and the location was perfect. If you need ice you must go to the bar; there are no ice machines on the floors. Otherwise, we look forward to our next stay!
“Lovely hotel”
Very friendly staff, room clean although plug was missing from sink when we arrived, this was replaced within an hour of reporting it - excellent. hotel is close to bridge to US away from main area but within 5 minutes walk of casino, hard rock etc, overlooks US falls side view and river

I got a good deal online and stayed at Michael's. It was very clean, the beds were firm and comfortable and I consider it a very good value. I would stay there again.
