“anniversary hotel.”
we felt welcome from the moment we walked in(from the valet, to the front desk)! we were comfortable and we will definitely stay there again if we are back in niagara.

The hotel was nicely decorated and very clean. The personnel were very nice and really made you feel welcomed. I found the crepes a bit expensive at their cafe and the parking $15.00 a day was a bit much considering the car slept outside, but they did have valet and the gentlemen were always courteous no mater what time at night we asked for the car or arrived (even at 3 and 4 in the morning!) The view was incredible! It was as if I had front row seats of the falls! The location was great and you could walk everywhere, we would have if it wasn't so cold. I would definitely go back.

We had a great trip and the hotel was a huge part of that experience. We loved The Tower Hotel, the service was great and our room was cleaned and well kept. All the employees were extremely helpful and we would love to come back.

“great 4 days in niagra”
convient to everything great view from 29th floor staff friendly room small but functional would like to go back and see upgrades to bathrooms no shleves in showers and no space for toiletries front desk apologised and gave us complementary breakfast
“Observation Tower”
Not your typical hotel. More like a private room in an observation tower. Has a cool feeling. Perfect for couples. Amazing view if you pay to be on the falls view side. The one down side is the heating makes a fairly loud hum. The sound insulation between rooms, though, is great.
“the best view ever”
This hotel is amazing and if your planning on visit the niagara falls this hotel has the best view ever of the niagara falls , parking is 15 dollars so i recommend to park your own car in the casino parking garage and save some extra bucks, the staff is very friendly and helpful.i would def would come back to the same hotell and to the same room we had an awesome time there.
“Great way to end our vacation”
We recently stayed at the Tower Hotel for the last 3 nights of our 12 night vacation. We were coming from visiting Chicago and New York City and I'm glad we ended the vacation there instead of starting off with it. It was a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of two of the biggest cities in the US. We flew into Buffalo and took a 40min taxi ride into Ontario. We arrived at the hotel around 8am and weren't able to check in until 3pm because the room wasn't ready for us yet. Instead of just sending us out on our own they gladly took our luggage and the valet guy was nice enough to offer us directions to the nearby mall and casino and he told us about a few restaurants as well. We roamed around a bit and went back to the hotel around 12pm. When we arrived we asked it the room was ready and the receptionist called up to housekeeping to see if it was ready. Sure enough it was and they let us check in early. The room had a huge king bed. My wife and I could both spread our arms and legs and still be within the mattress. It had a microwave and a small fridge, flat screen tv, and a HUGE window view of the Niagara Falls. The only downside I can think of about the view is we also had a view of the hotel next door which was really close and everyone could see right into our room and we could see into theirs. The bathroom was small, no bath, but the water ran hot long. The hotel itself is a 5min walk to the falls and a mall/casino and several restaurants. Great place!
