“Clean, friendly and an ideal location ; just what we wanted”

An excellent budget hotel with extremely helpful staff and the highest standards of cleanliness. Our room overlooked the Rue de France and was all that we hoped for. Stayed for a week and wished it was two ! Don't be put off by the unprepossessing exterior; the rooms are modern, air conditioned and very comfortable. The location is absolutely ideal ( 50yds from the seafront - and The Negresco). Handy for all main attractions and services.

“Wonderful hotel in Nice”

Med Hotel is a great place to stay. The room was clean, staff friendly and located 1 block behind the Negresco and 2 blocks from the beach. There's a great bakery, store and bar right next door.

“Brilliant Location”

I took a chance booking this hotel and was very pleasantly suprised. It doesnt look great from the outside, but is great inside and most importantly in such a great position - right by the beach and very close to the bus stop (which is the only means of transport you need). The staff were so friendly and spoke brilliant English. Room was clean and quaint- perfect for what we paid. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

“Very Friendly Hotel”

This hotel is perfect for those taking a city break to discover Nice and surrounding areas. It is maintained very well and the staff are excellent and very friendly. It is located near the Nice Ville train station, which has links to Cannes and Monaco. The beach is only a few minutes away, it is in the perfect location.

“Excellent budget Hotel in Nice”

Hotel staff are excellent and friendly. The 1st room on arrival was about the last one to be revamped and was a bit scruffy. They moved us to a new room the next day and that was fine. The hotel is very well situated for the beach and is a pleasant 5 min stroll to all the restaurants in the main area. The old town is about a 15 min walk and is also handy. An excellent budget hotel. Nice breakfast bistro is next door and well worth using, again very friendly and cheap!

“Great for exploring Barcelona”

The hotel is conveniently located two blocks from the Rocafort metro station. It is in a nice residential area not far from the main attractions of downtown Barcelona. We spent most of our time outside exploring the city, but returning to the hotel was always pleasant.

“Excellent location!”

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and were pleasantly surprised. It is easy to find being only one street behind the sea front. For a two star hotel this is excellent value for money. There is a nice atmosphere about the place and the reception staff spoke English.

“Great Location”

A great location. Good sized room. Plenty of towels. Clean enough. Was in a room overlooking the street which was noisy but the convenience of the location more than made up for this. Was glad we had an ensuite though. Used the shared toilet which was most unpleasant. Otherwise, would recommend it for a short stay. Good value.
