Rooms
Hi hotel Eco Spa & Beach offers 38 guestrooms with 9 differents concepts. All have LDC Televisions, in-room safes, direct-dial phones, bathrobes, sleepers and hair dryers. Air conditioning are also included. Some has a DVd player, an Ipod player, a coffre machine or a jaccuzzi. All guestrooms are non-smoking.

The restaurant offers organic dining choices, served in a healthful and playful way. Vegetarian meals, including breakfast, brunch and snacks, are also available in the patio garden, a tranquil cocoon surrounded by lush plant life.
In the evening, guests can treat themselves to the sushi bar, where they can delight in the original creations of our Japanese chef Kazuomi Ota, who prepares a selection of original sushi, Asian-inspired starters, sake, and green tea matcha desserts.

“HIghly recommend!”
Cool, chilled out, funky place to stay. Really unique and original design. Roof top terrace with pool and fantastic veiws of Nice. Good location for beach, promenade and centre of Nice. Highly recommended and we will be returning. Only down size was cost of breakfast, however plenty of places nearby.
“Fun Hotel”
This is a great place to stay if you want something different. The staff were very relaxed and there wasn't as many rules as you get at other places. You could enjoy the pool any day or night and there was an honesty bar in the pool area! The water beds in the pool area are very cool. If you bring your laptop you can use any of the DVD's in the reception area and tune it to the hotels own radio station. The wifi is free. Also the breakfast is lovely and is served from 06.30-11.30 which is great if you want to sleep in.
“This hotel is more than nice in Nice!”
We spent Christmas and New Year in Nice and loved our home away from home. The staff makes you feel welcome, is attentive and extremely helpful, they'll go out of their way for you. The location is perfect, on a one-way street, just a few block from the sea, and about 15 minute walk to the heart of the city and the train station. They have a great steam room, which was super after a long way of walking, and also, there is a pool on the roof which would be great in the summer. Unfortunately it is not heated, so we couldn't take a did in it. The view from the roof is worth a visit up there even in the winter months.
“Funky hotel in Nice”
The hotel was very different - really great small place with individually styled rooms. We went for the one with a private terrace with jacuzzi on terrace which was great as had views over the rooftops whilst we were lying in it. The breakfast area of the hotel was very relaxing and free wi-fi was great. The hotel says they are trying to be enviromentally friendly but I am not sure as they hand out plastic bottles of water every day at breakfast?? The only downside to the hotel was that it is a 15 min walk (and I walk fast) to the old town where most of the night life is - but if you stroll along the front this was ok - only 5 mins to the beach was was good.

Ideally located for the beach and public transport. Fantastic to stay in a hotel with a difference. Staff were very helpful and the organic breakfast was excellent
“Loved this hotel”
My husband and I spent 5 nights at this very comfortable hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Our room was smallish but very clean, comfortable, modern and nicely detailed. We appreciated the hotel's commitment to the environment and also the delicious organic kitchen. Our favourite place was on the rooftop terrace enjoying the spectacular views of Nice. The only thing we found a little off-putting was that the bathroom was not a separate room, but if we return we would upgrade to a room that offers a private separate bathroom. We would definately recommend this hotel.

“Family vactation in Nice”
We decided to go to France for our summer vacation. We picked the Hi Hotel in Nice from the Expedia web site. We liked the description of the hotel, because it sounded modern and different from all the other hotels we had ever stayed. We were not disappointed! The rooms have different modern themes and are all interesting. The linnens are crisp and clean, and the beds very comfortable. We had two rooms, the Indoor Terrace and another which I do not remember the name. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was always a delight. All foods were organic and we had wooden utensils which was very interesting. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
“Great place!”
My wife and I were really impressed with this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (not always the case in France). The included breakfast buffet was comprised of organic treats and great coffee. The location is central and very close to the train station, making it the ideal spot for day trips to towns along the coast or to the local beaches. The rooms are cool but a little small so I upgrading is recommended if you can afford it.
“Massive OMG”
Ok, here it is. OMG The best. A shower without a tub, about time someone woke up!! The Beach, awesome for 16 euros. 1st class for the riviera. Receptions guys at night, awesome.
