“Great Location, great price!!”
Had to go to Nice on a very spurr of the moment thing and found this hotel on this website. The location looked good, my mum was in a wheelchair on our trip and we needed somewhere central. The price looked good too so booked it. Location was fantastic the breakfast there was okay, glad it was included in the price, i wouldn't have paid extra for it, there are many good places around that offered better for less but we didn't mind as it was "free". Coffee was good though. Rooms clean and well presented. My husband and i had a double, my mum and brother shared a twin which was much a much larger room than ours, it was fine and no complaints. I would recommend it to anyone. 10 mins walk from the beach nd right next to the main road of shops. Fantastic boulangerie on the road opposite on rue russie. Would go again.
“Excellent location, staff, and atmosphere”
Excellent value for the money. A must go!!!
“trust the reviews”
have never been disappointed with a hotel with a good review on expedia site and this was fine. A 3 star but in a good location, clean large room, good breakfast and pleasant staff would go back any time
“Will stay here again”
Perfect central location. Lovely rooms, friendly staff always on hand who were very knowledgeable and provided great advice on things to see and do. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any one going to Nice.
“definite recommend”
this hotel has a GREAT location. it's on a quiet street, yet it's around the corner from place massena, and a 5 minute walk to the beach, and 10 to the old town. it's also right next to the Etoile shopping centre if you are into that, and there is a monoprix there as well so you don't have to eat out the whole time. the staff is friendly and the rooms are small but nice and comfortable. the only downside is you have to hold the shower-head above your head if you want a shower, as it is actually a bath with an extendable shower-head. in sum: I highly recommend this hotel.
“Very pleasant hotel”
Hotel is in a good location. Front desk staff are pleasant. Rooms are clean. The price was good. Would use the hotel again
“Absolutley excellent”
Situated in a prime position for either shopping drinking, sightseeing, the staff couldn't do enough for you, & made you feel extremley welcome. Would not hesitate in booking again, a true pleasure.
“Perfect Location”
Right off the main shopping strip and close to a grocery store. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. Great deal.
“Great value hotel in near central location”
Found rooms very clean, practical, basic for decor but absolutely fine and met what we paid for. All 4 rooms in party had double and single beds. Really helpful staff. Location very near tram and central square, restaurants etc, 2 local bars unfriendly, so just go round the corner.
“highly recommended”
We thorougly enjoyed our stay at Boreal. The staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful when it came to arranging excursions. Our room was simple yet stylish and immaculately clean. If ever we return to the south of France this hotel will almost definitely be our base.
