The window cannot be locked and was blown open by winds. Ended up having to change to another room late at night. Then the toilet of the new room has a rather unpleasant urine odour. But staff was excellent. World class service and deserve the highest praise.

host taking cheapest way to keep it up

When we arrived it was hot in the house. The second and third floor was really hot. Called Davide about that and he had someone come out and look at it. The technician said to keep the a/c on to keep the humidity out of house. There was black mold in third bedroom and smelt musty. We paid 1,000 to heat the pool for the week and it was not that hot and we had to ask to get the hot tub jets to come on. Once the hot tub got hot it was too hot to sit in. We would of like the control for that. We asked if there was towels there was exactly 12 and we had 12 people staying there. We had to wash towel every day to keep up with the demand. There was no wash clothes in the kitchen or hand towels. Limited cooking supplies. The hand soap they had in every bathroom was used and refilled with water so you could see the settlements of the actual soap at the bottom of each container. There was bottle tops and wrappers in the lawn when we arrived and the gate was open so anyone could of gotten in through the back door. The camera in the pool area were always moving so felt we watched all the time. (I get they need camera but that was a little creepy) The frig in the garage did not work. The sink on the second floor was clogged so water went down slowly. The house needs some updates such as new mattresses and more cooking things. The grill outside had flakes of Teflon on it so didn't use. Wished there was a TV or speakers outside by pool.
