“Not at all impressed”

I would not recommend this hotel to a woman travelling alone. The other residents were mainly builders or other rowdy groups of men. The "hotel" is situated in the middle of a high street and next to a very rough and rowdy residential area. Rooms are situated either at the front on the noisy street on at the back facing the car park. In order to access rooms, residents have to use outdoor staircases. Some of the other residents were very noisy and the noise resonated up to my room through the bathroom. The room stank of cigratte smoke via the room below me and was full of cigarette burns in the bathroom. Bedlinen and towels were clean but the room was definitely in need of a refurb. The walls were full of stains and it was not as clean as you would expect from a hotel chain. I finally managed to get some sleep at about 1am. I would never stay in a Premiere Classe hotel again after this experience. The only positive from the experience was that the young man working on the reception desk was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

“Run down accommodation”

Not one of the best Premier Classe motels I have stayed in. In need of a complete overhaul it is looking very tired and drab. The original room we were booked into was a tip on arrival, unmade beds and rubbish left by previous occupant, we were given another room instead which did not have twin beds, but a double and top bunk, but that was our choice. The top cover sheets where stained, also a broken tap. On two occasions the key card for the door did not work and had to be reprogrammed. This was worrying, as on one occasion we did not arrive home until just before 11pm, luckily there was some one on duty at the time.
