"Staff were incredibly friendly, and the property itself was beautiful. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the restaurant and spent a great deal of time at the pool. Our room was also very spacious and clean.
The only downside was the temperature in the room. Despite setting the AC to its lowest setting, temperatures reached 78–80°F during the day and remained around 75–78°F at night. Because the room was often uncomfortable, we ended up spending more time in the common areas. Fortunately, those spaces were lovely, and the staff throughout the property were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return if the cooling issue were addressed. The exceptional staff and beautiful property made for a memorable experience."
