"Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende in den Apartments Osterstraße und haben die Wohnung 4 (Dachgeschoß) bezogen. Für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 5 und 2 Jahre) war ausreichend Platz in 2 großen Schlafzimmern und einem Wohn-Esszimmer. Das Apartment war sauber, die Betten bequem und die Bettwäsche angenehm. "Overall a reasonable 4 night stay for business. Allocated room was small but clean, comfortable and well equipped although lacked a comfortable chair. Breakfast was ok and plentiful, restaurant is very popular in the evening so need to book well in advance. Staff were very helpful. This was a business trip so view wasn't important (room looked over parking area to rear of the hotel) but the building work being undertaken on an adjoining property was noisy and started early. I would stay again if I could be assured of a room either at the front or the other end of the hotel."

"The room decor is old and needs updating, the furniture was hard and uncomfortable. The swimming pool photos looked luxurious but reality more like public swimming pool, the indoor hot tub was lukewarm. At check out (10am) there was a long queue and only 1 employee on duty, we waited 25 mins only to hand the keys and bath cards over (had asked if we needed to queue and was told yes, but in fact not really necessary). The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We didn’t book breakfast because it was too expensive (€88 for our family per day)."

"We stayed in a deluxe double which had a view out over the garden and on to the lake. The room was clean and tidy but there are no tra or coffee making facilities in the room. Instead there are some 'refreshment stations' placed in the corridor which work on an honesty system. Whatever you take you keep a note of and then declare it at checkout (I think). We didn't use it but some other guests did, at about 1 in the morning, and made a great deal of noise - not ideal. However, not the fault of the hotel really, but just worth being aware of. There is a big car park opposite the hotel, so parking is easy. Breakfast was good, although we did have to hunt for bowls or plates which were not placed close to where you might need them. The terrace and garden are lovely to walk around and it is only a short walk through the garden to the lake."
