A "Daily Refresh" housekeeping service is provided for nightly guests (1-6 nights), and weekly full housekeeping service is provided for extended-stay guests (7+ nights).
The "daily refresh" service includes replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed, and making beds with existing linens. The weekly full housekeeping service includes dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens (dishes are not washed), and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

“Big Surprise”
I was treated excellently. Very friendly staff. Good room.
“Good location and features”
I used this hotel during the Memorial Day weekend. The area's roads had little traffic during the weekend,so it was a superb base for visiting both downtown DC and the civil war battlefields west of DC in Virginia. The suite type room was comfortable, quiet and well appointed and there was a good choice of restaurants nearby.
“Convenient for families touring DC”
We weren't pleased that the pool was only open after 3pm - we enjoy swimming early and the breakfast selection was underwhelming (it got better into our week, after some discussion with mgt) but the price was right and the service was great.
“Good for business travel”
Staff was familiar with area, oriented towards business travelers; near govt/defense technology corridor. However, no business center, though Kinkos nearby.
“Very nice place”
This is an excellent place to stay, lots of nearby restaurants.
“Convenient to Dulles Airport and the Udvar-Hazy Museum”
The Extended Stay Deluxe is just south of Dulles Airport and very close to the Udvar-Hazy Museum. It was clean and comfortable. They have a complimentary coffee and bagel breakfast at 6:30 AM. Price was competitive. The only negative was there is no airport pickup and cab fare in the area is very, very expensive ($22 from the airport).
“Extended stay positive”
It's an extended stay so you don't get maid service every day, but the staff when you check in will inform you of this and they are very courteous. You can ask for clean towels everyday and the staff met all my needs. Very nice place for being an off name brand.
“It was ok.”
The hotel rooms themselves were very nice! You will be surprised at the actual size of the rooms. The hotel service though sucks. They hotel clerks weren't very willing to help out and were too easily happy wiht jsut telling you to do it yourself and find out things on your own, instead of them helping you. I would recommend this hotel for those just looking for a quick visit to the D.C. area or a flight out of Dulles. But the service for me bothered me the most so this hotel is only good for those who don't think they need any hotel clerk assistance ever.
“Good for one night”
I stayed one night in a non smoking room and I got that. Room was relatively clean but the bed sheets wasn't clean or even changed. the same applies for the pillow covers. Bathroom was OK and for one night stay for me, was good
“Wilson”
The room was ok. There is even a small kitchen. I really didn't like the bed. It was too small, unstable and noisy. Me and my wife arrived there very late and there was nobody on the frontdesk. We had to wait some time to check in and the hotel staff person was very rude.
