“Great hotel at a great price”
I only stayed one night but the hotel room was very nice. It was an excellent price and very convenient location close to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay at other Homestead hotels.
“Nice airport hotel”
Certainly not really near anything but very convenient if you need to use the airport early in the morning and have a car. It was clean, quiet, and there was a food court style eatery a few minutes-walk away. It was basically a nice
“Easy Access to Dulles International”
It's an out of the way hotel with very helpful folks at the front desk. Not much close by (within two blocks), but it is possible to get quick items at a gas station/convienience store which is two blocks away. Clean, relatively quite, even if it is close to the flight path for Dulles.

We enjoy the place, near the Airport. Securiry good, we saw the police went for other room. We were safe and comfortable.
“STUCK AND HAD NOWHERE TO GO”
EXPEDIA FOUND ME THIS HOTEL WHEN I WAS STRANDED IN WASHINGTON DUE TO A MISSED FLIGHT. THEY GOT ME A ROOM FOR A VERY REASONABLE RATE AND AT 1:30 AM WHEN NO ONE WOULD HELP ME. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND HAD A KITCHENETTE(TOO BAD I WAS ONLY THERE TO SLEEP)THIS WOULD BE THE PERFECT HOTEL TO STAY AT GIVEN MORE TIME THERE.
“It was almost perfect!”
Great rates. Perfect location for Dulles Int'l business. Very dog friendly with only $25 fee for my mutts. Very clean, including utensils in kitchenette. (that was a FIRST!) The carpeting and upholstered chair needed cleaning. Only 2 pillows on a queen bed. Got the pillows OK and the manager said carpet/upholstery was to be cleaned before the end of the month. Almost perfect! I will be back!

Well maintained, quiet, very convenient to Dulles, helpful and courteous staff.
“VENDING MACHINE”
Food vending machine was inoperative, and, according to the manager, had been inoperative for quite some time because the vending machine company had not responded to his requests. The staff was quite pleasant.
