Property Amenities
This Hyatt Place has dropped the traditional lobby and front desk in favor of a contemporary open area called the Gallery, with a check-in kiosk and the expertise of a host, who is available to help with check-in, guest tours, and even food preparation, 24 hours a day.
The Gallery area houses the Bakery Café, which includes a coffee and wine bar and a 24-hour touch-screen kiosk for ordering freshly prepared hot and cold items; guests pay by swiping either room key or credit card. A self-help case of baked goods, salads, sandwiches, and drinks is also available 24 hours; a complimentary Continental breakfast with Starbucks coffee is served each morning.
Among complimentary amenities are use of the TV room with its 27-inch flat-panel screen and seating for 4, use of a computer with high-speed Internet access and a printer, all in the Gallery area, as well as hotel-wide wireless Internet access. In addition to a seasonal outdoor pool and 24-hour fitness center, this property also offers complimentary parking and complimentary airport and area shuttles (5-mile radius).

The 134 guestrooms at the Hyatt feature signature Grand Bed: Sealy Posturepedic mattress; 250-thread-count triple sheeting; down blankets; double down-surround pillows. Separated from the bed by a partial wall, the sitting area provides a queen sofa bed and desk.
42-inch, flat-panel, high-definition TVs allow guests to plug in laptops, MP3 players, and DVD players. Satellite channels include 11 channels of high-definition programming and SportsNet. Complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access; one of the two telephones is cordless.
Refrigerators, coffeemakers, and wet bars are included. Bathrooms provide granite countertops and Portico white-ginger scented bath amenities.

“Excellent”
The stay in the hotel was a great experience. Room was very clean. And the staff was very friendly.

Great hotel!! Even though we only spent 6 hours in there, but we already felt that is worthy. Room is huge, design is hummanity. Strongly recommend.

Stayed 3 nights - you will need a car but many services available around the hotel and on Highway 7. Would stay there again.

This is a very updated and clean hotel. I live in DC but occasionally stay here to get away from the busy streets of DC. Very clean, quiet, convenient to many stores and outlets. Very good price with a continental breakfast. Can't beat it!
“Best Dulles Airport Hotel”
Simply outstanding, only a few miles from Dulles, nice quiet area, great service, great facilities, looks like it has just been renovated, rooms are huge and very clean. I will be staying here all the time, when flying from/to Washington. Great Sushi restaurant across the road too !. Listed as a 3* hotel, but is clearly operating (easily) at 4*. Best part, its very cheap, and they also provide a free continental breakfast.

A bit far away from the center, but very comfortable, clean, and the breakfast is also good! Convenient to shopping, restaurants and a huge mall.

Fantastic hotel. Afternoon staff is the best of the best. Had a housekeeping issue at check in and was given a new room immediately. Love staying at this hotel. I stay here during the week for business and one or two weekends a year for pleasure.
